The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works with a value of not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work in the last five years. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder needs to have a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. They should have completed works with a value that can be compared to the current contract. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on their ability to complete similar works, and they need to provide testimonials or certificates from their previous employers to support their claim. The bidder should provide information about their equipment availability, personnel, and financial capacity to complete the contract. The bid capacity of the prospective bidders will be calculated as under: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A* N* 2 - B), where A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the Project/Works, and B = Value of existing commitments. The bidder should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts, including the contract value, percentage of work completed, and outstanding amount.
