The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed, as a prime Contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should provide details of their share of work, including earthwork, Granular sub-base/base, RE Walls, and Concrete in bridges, along with a certificate from the employer. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder must provide a list of similar works completed, including name of work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The bidder's experience and work value are crucial in determining their bid capacity. The values of similar works completed are: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work - Two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work The bidder should also provide information on their experience in their own country and/or other countries, with the number of years of experience to be specified. Additionally, the bidder should provide details of their experience in a Joint Venture, as well as their experience as a Sub-Contractor, including the name of the main contractor. The bidder is required to submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of contract value of work during implementation of work. They should also provide proof of liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of amount not less than that indicated in the BDS, usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 Months in peak construction period. The bidder must have a valid enlistment with the Punjab Mandi Board under the appropriate class and category for works up to Rs. 10.00 Crores. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder must provide copies of original documents defining their constitution or legal status, place of registration, and principal place of business. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years is also required, updated to the price level of the year indicated in the Appendix to ITB. The bidder must provide details of their available bid capacity, with an undertaking that their available bid capacity is more than the estimated value of the project/work. They must also provide information on their annual turnover from construction works, with a format provided for this purpose. The bidder must provide their annual turnover for each of the last few years, with testimonials and certified copies of annual reports or certificates in support of their claim. The bidder must also provide information on their experience on similar works, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. They must also provide details of the specified requirements for the contract, including earthwork, granular sub-base/base, and concrete in bridges.
