Specifically, for personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Project/Work Manager: 2 years of experience - Site Engineer: 2 years of experience - Plant Engineer: 2 years of experience - Quality Control Engineer: 2 years of experience - Survey Engineer: Should be ITI qualified Surveyor, but no specific years of experience mentioned. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have experience in contracts of similar nature and complexity. The bidder should provide their construction experience record and information on their equipment availability. Values like amount and percentage mentioned include 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work, 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works, and 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works. Also, a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work is required for works above Rs. 10.00 Crores.
