The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder must have completed or be completing works to demonstrate their capability. The bidder's experience and capacity are considered in the bid evaluation process, and they must provide proof of their experience and capacity through certificates and statements. The bidder must also provide details of their experience on similar works, including the type of works, contract value, and contract duration, along with testimonials or client certificates in support of their claim. The maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years is also a required information.
