The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor, with major responsibility, in own country and other countries, as well as experience in a Joint Venture and as a Sub-Contractor. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder is also required to provide details of similar works completed, including the value of the total contract. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should be provided, updated to the current price level. The bidder should also provide information on their current contract commitments, including the contract value and percentage of work completed.
