The minimum value of one similar work is Rs. 797.58 Lacs, the minimum value of two similar works (each) is Rs 598.18 Lacs, and the minimum value of three similar works (each) is Rs 398.79 Lacs. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years.
