The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor, with details of the number of years of experience in their own country and other countries. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The information to be provided includes: - Particular construction experience record with details of work and amount (in Rs.) - Experience on similar works, including identification number of contract, name of contract, location of works, type of works, and country - Nature of works and special features relevant to the contract - Value of the total contract - Date of award and completion - Contract duration (years and months) The bidder is also required to have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should also be provided, updated to the price level of the year indicated. The bidder should provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during the implementation of the work. The bidder's current contract commitments and works in progress are to be provided, including the name of the contract, contract value, percentage of work completed, and amount outstanding. The key personnel to be deployed on contract work should have the following minimum qualifications and experience: - Project/Work Manager: BE (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Site Engineer: BE (Civil) or Diploma (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Plant Engineer: B.E. (Mech.) or Dip. (Mech.) with at least 2 years of experience - Quality Control Engineer: B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Survey Engineer: ITI qualified Surveyor The bidder should also provide information on their equipment availability, including the make, year, latest calibration date, and functional condition details. The bidder's financial capability is also to be evaluated, with a requirement to provide a bank certificate for overdraft/credit facilities to meet their working capital requirements. The bidder should have a good financial standing and be able to provide overdraft/credit facilities to the extent of a specified amount. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for minimum annual financial turnover - 25% of the contract value of work for the bidder's investment during implementation.
