Providing and supplying a custom made judge table (Dias Table)having overall size 2400x900x750mm (±10mm). The top of the table is 36mm thick and is made of MDF. All the edges of the table top are covered using PVC edge banding of thickness 2mm pasted using hot melt glue around the table top using edge banding machine. The gable ends of the table are provided in 25mm thickness made using MDF. The modesty of the table is made in 18mm thick MDF. All the visible edges of the gable and modesty are covered using PVC edge banding of thickness 2mm pasted using hot melt glue around the edges using edge banding machine. Three drawer strorage is provided at the left side of the table having size 400x500x714mm (±10mm). The storage is made using 18mm thick MDF. The drawers move using telescopic channels of good quality. A three drawer locking system is provided in the storage to lock all the drawers using one key. One drawer and one shutter storage is provided on the right side of the table 400x500x714mm (±10mm). The storage is made using 18mm thick MDF. The drawer is equipped with good quality telescopic channel and MP lock to lock the single drawer. An unlockable shutter is provided below the drawer. All the visible edges in both right and left side pedestals are covered using PVC edge banding of thickness 2mm pasted using hot melt glue around the table top using edge banding machine. All the drawers and shutter are operated using good quality SS handles. Buffers are provided at the bottom of the complete structure to prevent any scratches on the floor.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing, supplying and placing office table(Reader and Steno table) with side unit: The buildup of the main table is free standing structure strength up with the help of minifix and dowels. The complete table made of high quality prelaminated MDF with approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The table top would be 1500mm(±10) long made with 25 mm prelaminated MDF and 600mm(±10) broad with two side gable ends with 18 mm prelaminated MDF. The 18 mm thick modesty of the table is giving more strength and look to the table. All the sharp edges of the table top and gable ends are lipped with 2mm thick edge banding tapes for the smooth finish. The table is provided with attached two side pedestal. There is 3 no of drawers facility on one side attached pedestal.Drawer pedestal is provided with central locking mechanism that allow all the drawers synchronized locked with one single key. Each drawer is equipped with roller channel for smooth to & fro functioning. Second Pedestal attached is provided with single drawer and storage space with openable door with length of 400mm(±10) and depth of 450mm(±10) and overall height 500mm(±10) of the pedestal. All the drawers and storage is eqiped with SS handles to operate. All Wooden Panels Prime Quality Board With ISI Marked. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
