DOUBLE WALLED CORRUGATED (DWC) HDPE PIPES: Supply and erection of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe to be laid 1mtr. below ground level including excavation placing the pipe in position and back filling with excavated soil etc. of the required size:- Double Walled Corrugated HDPE Pipe 120/ 103.5mm (Outer/ Inner dia.)

MS CHANNELS/ FLATS: Supply and Erection of MS angle iron (Channel)/ MS Flats of suitable size with cutting, bending and necessary holes as desired by Engineer-in-charge at site:- MS angle iron size 100mm x 50mm x 6mm thick

Supply and erection of heavy duty brass single compression gland for cable end termination duly complete with checknuts etc. including making necessary connections:- Brass Gland for Aluminium cable 3/3½/4 Core size 240sq.mm

Supply stringing and sagging of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium wires complete as desired by the Engineer in charge of the site:- ACSR-WEASEL conductor (30 sq. mm) Size (6/2.55 Al.+1/2.55mm GI)

PCC POLES: Supply and erection of pre-stressed cement concrete pole of suitable length with a given planting depth confirming to IS-1678/ 1960/1978 below ground level in excavated pit of suitable dimensions complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge at site:- PCC Pole Overall Length 11 metre, Planting depth 1.80 metre, W/L 400 kg

CABLE TRAY: Supply and erection of MS perforated cable tray (MS Sheet thickness 2mm) with DA gray paint on the existing surface with the help of MS angle iron support (to be painted with approved paint) of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick to be fixed with fastners/ nut & bolts etc., complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer-in-charge and as per PWD General Specifications:- Cable Tray Size 450mm x 50mm x 50mm (2mm thick)

Earthing earth rod 20 mm dia for providing earth connections upto line earth with G.I. Wire 8 S.W.G. (4mm dia.). The rod shall be tapered at one end and flatted on other end. The hole size 10mm dia shall be drilled on the flatened side for facilitating connection with G.I. wire and thimble etc. The rod shall be erected in ground upto complete length vertically:- GI Earth rod 20 mm dia., 3 mtr. HT & LT LINE ITEMS: Supply & erection of 'D' iron clamp 50mm x 6mm flat iron complete with fixing bolts and nuts (16mm x 200mm) including making holes in the pole as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

COPPER EARTHING (Upto 14 metre in Length): Earthing with electrolytic Copper Tape rivetted (with 5Nos. copper rivets)/Steel Nut & bolts (with 4Nos. 32mm long, 8mm thick with washer and double nut) to 30cm x 120cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burried 10.50 metre (34.44 feet) below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20 kg.) including fixing the Copper Tape recessed in wall and in floor etc., up to 14metre in Length (including bore Length). G.I. pipe 20mm dia. (A-class), 9metre long should be laid in the hole of excavation 1 feet below ground level and having GI Reducer 50mm x 20mm with PVC Cap (For pouring water) fixed on the top level of the pipe. 300mm x 300mm x 300mm deep haudi of First class bricks finished with 1:4 cement plaster and haudi covered with cast iron lid having size 300mm x 300mm (Heavy) around the hole of excavation:- Earthing with 25mm x 5mm Copper Tape (upto 14Metre in Length)

COPPER EARTHING STRIP (As Additional Length):Fixing additional Length of earthing with Copper Tape (On Surface/Flushed) with petty material as required etc.:- Additional Length 25mm x 5mm thick Copper Tape

Earthing of the outgoing cable is achieved by the use of CB in series with the off- load disconnector /selector switch. This enhances the making capacity of the earth switch. 1 no. set of Protection CT 100-50/1 A, 2.5 VA, 5P10, Low energy tripping coil for tripping the CB in gault condition 1- Air insulated cable boxes for bottom entry of single run of 3-core cable up to 300sq. mm. 1- Over current & Earth Fault Relay with digital display & Self Powered. Complete in all respects as desired by engineer incharge.

Servicing & testing of 11 KV VCB . The following procedure done at site by engineer:- a) Checking of panel LV compartment: Check if protection relays and annunciators have operated. Reset the record if required. Secondary wiring and fuses. Fuses should be tested for continuity and inspected for signs of deterioration. Auxiliary switches, indicating devices and interlocks Auxiliary switches should be kept in a clean and operational condition. b) Check on metal parts: The degree of rusting and peeling of paint surfaces. c) Noise Identification: Check for any abnormal sound from components, control and potential transformers or the panel. d) Space Heater: The operation of all heaters, where fitted should be verified, new heater should be provided where needed e) Main and Earth busbars connections: Ensure that all connections are tight, and that good contact is maintained. This examination should include opening the boots for torque checks on the busbar bolt joints. Peeling or discoloration of insulation sleeves may be an indication of overheating. f) Shutters:The shutter mechanisms should be verified for correct operation. g) Isolating contacts: The isolating contacts should be examined for discoloration and deformation. h) Earthing switches (if any): Earthing switches should be examined for correct operation. i) Current transformers (CT) and voltage transformers (VT): Steps should be taken to ensure that voltage transformers are isolated and discharged to earth before commencing of work. For CT Any connections removed for checking/testing after completion of testing, must be correctly refitted. j) checking of IR value of Main Bus bar and put varnish as needed after proper cleaning and drying. other things as required on site and desired by engineer in charge.

Servicing & testing of Air Circuit Breaker upto 2500 Amps,. The following procedure done at site by engineer:- Cleaning of breaker with CRC-2-26 Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease. Check condition of arcing contact and gap between fixed and moving arcing contacts shall be checked. Checking the reset mechanism, tripping of breaker through push button Checking tripping of ACB through protection release Tripping of ACB manually through volt metric release. Checking presence and proper tightening of hardware. Checking presence of all circlips Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals Checking condition of ACB wiring Checking proper closing of all poles together Checking working of anti-pumping device in case of EDO ACB Checking alignment of SIC and its operation Checking condition of arc chutes Checking ACB tripping through shunt release Checking motor operation in case of EDO ACB Checking closing coil operation in case of EDO ACB Checking continuity and proper changeover of aux contact block Checking of release by secondary injection for 0/L, S/C, E/F Setting of release as per the load Checking the healthiness of CT's The spare parts, accessories would have to be provided by customer. Complete in all respect as desired by engineer in charge of the work.

Supply of Maintenance kit ACB . The following procedure done at site by engineer:- ACB maintenance kit consisting of all the essential consumables like Greases, Cleaning spray, Dusters, Scrubber and Hardware required to carry out the correct maintenance of ACB (Any defective spares parts of ACB to be provided by Customer) including cleaning agents (petrol) charges with to and fro charges. Complete in all respect as desired by engineer in charge of the work.
