Electrical Works Supply installation testing and Commissioning of Non-Extensible 11k ICOG Main Unit, Outdoor type with 1 No. 11kV Load Break Switch and 11kV Vacuum circuit Breakers. Load break switch & Vacuum Circuit breakers shall be of Nominal Voltage 12kV, 630A, 21kA with a Metering Module with PT. Make : ABB/Siemens/Schneider The switching-unit is designed as a three-position-switch. This three-position-switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing-switch. The switch-disconnector as well as the earthing-switch is equipped with a separate drive-unit. H.T. Compartment – (Load break switch ) – I/C Feeder H.T. Compartment – (Circuit breaker) –O/G Feeder This function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three-position-switch. The three-position-switch fulfils the operation of the disconnector-function and the earthing-function. Breakers clearing less no of faults are not acceptable. c)     Self powered micro processor controlled numeric relay comprising of three over current, one earth fault protection relay. d)    Internal bus earthing with flat GI strip of size 50x6mm. e)     Manual push button for Emergency Trip. f)     Copper/Aluminium bus bar. g)    Manual mechanism. h)     Front access & bottom entry of HT cables. i)      Incase of busbars extension the same should be achieved through “plug-in” busbars only. Bolted type busbars are not acceptable. j)      The cable box should have bottom gland / base plate for cable entry and front cable covers for cable access. k)     The live line indicators should be of LCD/LED display type, due to their higher life; taking the required power form the capacitive coils situated at the cable bushings. l)      Manometer. m)   Mechanical indication in the front on the mimic for Open & Close of Breaker / Isolator / Earth Switch. n)     Operating Handle. o)     The complete switchgear shall be tested for internal arc of 21kA for 0.2 sec AFLR.
