MCCB's (FOR PANELS & SHEET ENCLOSURE): Supply and erection of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Panel mounting Cubical type) in the existing Cubical Panel (confirm to IEC:60947-2) having Ics=100% Icu, 100% neutral with spreader terminal links, Extended rotary handle and relevant PWD general specifications complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Connection on both sides of MCCB with suitable size of thimbles etc:- MCCB Four Pole 63/80/100amp., 415volts, ≥25kA Fixed Magnetic and Adjustable Thermal Setting

MS SHEET ENCLOSURE FOR MCCB's: Supply & Erection of indoor type MCCB enclosure of suitable size having provision for MCCB with extended rotary handle. The Enclosure shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, confirming to IS 8623/1977-82. The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The Enclosure door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. The Enclosure will be wall mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work:- MS Sheet Enclosure having provision for MCCB 40-160Amp.with extended rotary handle (Approx. Size 500mm x 300mm x 200mm)

Supply and erection of sheet metal double door vertical distribution boards IP 43-IK09 metal door (dust protected) as per IS:8623-1&3, IEC 61439-1&3 suitable for flush mounting with fully insulated copper busbars for each phase, 2 Nos. shrouded neutral bars, 2Nos. earth bars, cement spill protector, color-coded interconnecting wire set, cable ties, blanking plates and circuit identifications label and of required no. of ways for mounting MCCB's as incomer and outgoings SP/TP miniature circuit breakers in the distribution board as per PWD General specifications including connections with suitable size of thimbles and bonding to existing earth etc.:- TP&N Double Door Vertical DB's 4 way each (With provision of FP MCCB upto 125amp)

Supply and erection of heavy duty Copper thimbles/lugs for cable end termination duly crimped including making necessary connections etc. completely:- Copper thimble cable Core size 25 - 35sq.mm( for earting connections to UPS from 25X3 strip)

It includes the defect liability period of 2 years after date of completion. Standard compliance :- safety IEC 62040-1 EMC IEC 62040-2 Performance IEC 62040-3 certificates be provided.

Supply, Installation & Testing of Chemical Earthing (Maintenance Free Earthing) System with UL Approved Copper Bonded Rod and exothermically welded Cu Busbar both tested by CPRI at 50kA Fault Current. A Copper bonded steel rod shall have 3000 mm length and 17.2 mm dia. with copper bonding thickness of minimum 250 microns. Along with Earth enhancement compound tested by ROHS complying IEC 62561-7 in a sealed bag of minimum 50 kg (25 kg Bag x 2). A Copper clad steel solid ground wire of 8 mm dia. For interconnecting earth pits including earth pit covers is required.Each earth pit shall be covered with heavy duty weather proof environment friendly polyplastic earth pit chamber.The grounding minerals should not be pollute the ground water.The grounding minerals shall be tested & certified for the resistivity of less than 0.12ohm mtr complete in all respects as approved and desired by the Engineer-in-charge of the work. .

Supply, Installation & Testing of BEE 3 star/4 star 2.0 Ton split air conditioner with 100% copper coil material ( evaporater and condonser) inclusive of outdoor & indoor unit with cable, remote, outdoor unit, MS stand, Stabilizer of 5 KVA & installation kit. complete in all respects as approved and desired by the Engineer-in-charge of the work. .
