Kota stone tile flooring 20mm to 30 mm thick over 12.5mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement, 3 Sand) laid and jointed with neat cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and polishing.

Providing and fixing Morwad marble strip 18mm to 20mm thick and 100mm wide in kotah stone flooring over 12.50 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 jointed with cement slurry including cost of aditional mortar equivallent to the kota stone thickness and colouring pigment to match the colour rubbed and polished to granolithic finish complete in all respects.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two coats to get required finish.

Applying pink primer or aluminum priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface knotting and stopping etc. With ordinary quality paint

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.. With ordinary quality paint

SURROUNDING ROADS Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 Excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting trimming bottom with side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including all lifts and combined lead up to 60 mtr.

Compaction of earth work & Preparation of sub-grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressingof soil , final dressing of earth to give level, camber,watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimunm dry density as givan in Table 300-2 as per technical clause 205 of MORT&H specifications .

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material grading-III Table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H specifications

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage from mix plant to site of work, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying surface dressing in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1kg per sqm laid on prepared surface after cleaning the road surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam 50mm thick with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @3.4%, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications Notes :- I. The actual volume of the aggregate to be paid for shall be computed after deducting the specified percentage from the volume computed by stacks measurement as per MORT & H specifications (addendum to latest revision) for the purpose of secured advance.II. The final grading for the aggregates required for bitumenious macadam course Grading 2 for 75 mm / 50 mm thickness of each layer conforming to table 500-7 of M.O.R.T. & H specifications (addendum to latest rivision) shall be determined after getting the bitumenious macadam grading-2 designed from Punjab PWD, B&R Research Laboratory Patiala after obtaining 60 % of material. The design mix so finally approved by shall be termed as the approved mix. The aggregates shall be hydrophobic and of low porosity. The aggregates shall satisfy the physical requirement set fourth in table 500-6 (addendum to latest revision).III. The mix shall exhibit the following details:(a) Binder expressed as a percentage by weight of total mix. (b) Coarse aggregate of 26.5 mm gauge expressed as percentage by weight of total mix.(c) Crushed Bajri of 11.2 mm size expressed as percentage by weight of total mix.(d) Fine aggregates 4.75 mm below expressed as percentage by weight of total mix.(e) A single definite percentage passing each sieve for mixed aggregates.(f) Density of Bitumensious macadam (75 mm/ 50mm thick after compaction) shall be minimum 2.2 gms/C.C & nothing extra shall be payable if higher density is achieved at site.(IV) The Contractor thereafter, shall be required to complete the supply of various ingradients or Bituminous macadam as per proportions stipulated in the approved mix.(V) Rate of B.M shall be quoted by the contractor with respect to binder content percentage by weight of mix being 3.4 % if Laboratory designs a mix with different percentage then the difference shall be payable / recoverable.

Providing, laying and compaction of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness consisting of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a hot mix plant with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1.46kg per sqm, carriage of mixed material to site of work and laid with paver and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat type-B premixed in hot mix plant using specified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @ 0.68kg per sqm, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clause 511 of MORT&H specifications

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 0.25kg per sqm area as per IRC:35 1997 complete as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications.

Supplying and installation of delineators (Roadway indicators) not less than 800mm high above ground level. The delineator shall have a core and shell construction which shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-moulded, thermoplastic outer body. The inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm. The delineator should have top retro-reflective unit consisting of white colour micro prismatic non-metallic retro-reflective sheeting on both sides having a minimum exposed area of 125 cm2 each side and bottom retro-reflective unit consisting of red colour micro prismatic non-metallic retro-reflective sheeting on both sides having minimum exposed area of 35 cm2 each side confirming to ASTM D4956 type XI standards. The delineators shall be fixed to the ground by inserting the root of the delineator up to the marked portion and by firm concrete filling as per the instructions by engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing of glow stud (cat eyes) with body made up of ABS material. Two reflectors should be fitted in the body. The road stud should be dynamically designed so that to bear load of 25 tons in accordance with ASTM D 4280 . Load and its impact strength should be more than 200 KN The road stud (cat eyes) should be in Red/White/Yellow colour.

MS GRILLS Dismantling concrete or precast concrete. Reinforced Cement concrete.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle. using Mechanical mixer for mixing of Material.

Extra over item 10.1 to 10.12 when work is done in situ in small quantities not exceeding 0.30 cum per block in situ such as staggered block arrows, concrete block over inverted filters, bed plates arches etc.

Wrought iron and mild steel ladders, framed grills, grating etc. with ends of bars, riveted or welded or forged, framed window guards, barred iron doors, stair case, iron railing including cost of bolts and nuts or screws or welding rod, complete fixed in position.

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. With ordinary quality Paint.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work With special quality paint.
