Providing and laying slurry seal Type-II 4-6mm thickness consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion SS-2 @ 10.50% and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing ofslurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface complete as per technical clause 512 of MORT&H specifications

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete 25mm to 30mm thick with batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5%, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per IRC-111 (2009) specifications NOTES:- (i) Job mix formula for the semi dense bituminous concrete shall be provided by the agency and shall be got approved from Punjab PWD, B&R Research Laboratory Patiala adoption at site for execution. (ii) The specifications of this item for analytic purpose is kept with bitumen content @ 5% weight mix variation as compared with job mix formula shall be paid/deducted accordingly. The limits of variation shall be worked out with the approved formula. TECHNICAL NOTE i). Apart from the confirmity with the grading and quantity requirement of invidual ingredients exhibited above the mix aggregate i.e. coarse and fine aggregate for semi dense bituminious concrete shall meet all requirements set fourth clause 508 of MORTH specifications. ii) The final grading for the aggregates required for semi dense bituminous concrete confirming to table 500.15 of MORT&H specifications shall be determined after getting the semi dense bituminous concrete designed from either CRRI, New Delhi of Punjab PWD lab at Patiala or any other lab approved by the Chief Engineer/Deptt. after obtaining 60% of the material for the required grading. the cost of mix design shall be termed as approved mix. if it is within the permissible limit. In case of variation the same may be got approved mix. If it is within the permissible limit. In case of variation the same way be got approved from the Chief Engineer Punjab PWD B&R Br. Patiala. iii) The approved mix shall exhibit the following details, source and location of all material: (a) Binder expressed as percentage by weight of total mix. (c) Crushed bajri expressed as percentage by weight of tatoal mix (d) final aggregate expressed as percentage by weight of total mix (e) A single definite percentage passing each sieve for mixed aggregates. (f) Density of semi dense bituminous concrete after compaction will be not less than 2.30 gm/CC.

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m and carriage of excavated earth with average lead of 2 km. Complete in all respect as per MORTH Specification.

Earth work undressed with a combined lead upto 15 metres including breaking of clods. Complete in all respect as per PWD Specification.

Rolling of Earth to achieve required Density as per MORT&H Specifications.

Construction of 0.90 Mtr span slab type culvert as per Standerd drawing & design complete in all respect as per PWD specifications.

Construction of 0.60 Mtr span slab type culvert as per Standerd drawing & design complete in all respect as per PWD specifications.

Construction of Side Drain size 12" x 18"as per design provided by Engineer-in-charge complete in all resepects as per PWD specifications.

Construction of Side Drain size 12" x 18" (Covered) with RCC slab as per design provided by Engineer-in-charge complete in all resepects as per PWD specifications. .

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 0.25kg per sqm area as per IRC:35 1997 complete as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications

Credit of old Milled material retrieved after milling of Bituminous surface as per direction of engeneering in charge.

Add 1 % Culture Cess @ 1% on Total cost as items mentioned above on 1 to 20

Add extra cost of Cutlural Cess @ 1% on Total cost as items mentioned above on 1 to 20
