Earthing with electrolytic Copper Tape rivetted (with 5Nos. copper rivets)/Steel Nut & bolts (with 4Nos. 32mm long, 8mm thick with washer and double nut) to 30cm x 120cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burried 10.50 metre (34.44 feet) below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20 kg.) including fixing the Copper Tape recessed in wall and in floor etc., up to 14metre in Length (including bore Length). G.I. pipe 20mm dia. (A-class), 9metre long should be laid in the hole of excavation 1 feet below ground level and having GI Reducer 50mm x 20mm with PVC Cap (For pouring water) fixed on the top level of the pipe. 300mm x 300mm x 300mm deep haudi of First class bricks finished with 1:4 cement plaster and haudi covered with cast iron lid having size 300mm x 300mm (Heavy) around the hole of excavation:-

XLPE INSULATED HT ARMOURED CABLES (UNDERGROUND):

Supply & laying of Circular Aluminium Conductor screened with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting combination in combination with copper tape (0.3KA for 1sec.) cores laid up, FR PVC inner sheathed, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall FR PVC sheathed cable confirming to IS:7098 (Part-2), 2011 working voltage 11KV(E) grade to be laid 1.50 meter below ground level including excavation, sand cushioning, covering with sand & First class bricks and back filling the trench etc., of the required size:-

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 11kV, 3Phase, 50Hz, Indoor metal clad, floor mounted, ‘Horizontal draw out’ type Extendable 3 no's VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) switch board unit 800/630 Amp. totally factory assembled which includes 800/630 Amp. Vacuum Circuit Breaker for 1 no. Incoming and 2 no. Out goings VCB 800/630Amp. 'Horizontal draw out’ type VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) Out going feeder with Electrolytic Copper bus bars of suitable rating, Horizontal Isolation type as per IEC 62271-100-200. The Switchgear panels shall be sheet steel construction with not less than 2.5mm thickness for load bearing sections and not less than 2mm thickness for non-load bearing, dust, moisture and vermin proof to provide a degree of protection IP-4X in accordance with IS:13947. VCBs are type tested according to International Standards IEC-62271 at renowned laboratories. They are compact, safe and reliable. The Panels shall be tested for IAC level of Min. 21kA/1 Sec.
