Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 Excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lift and combined lead up to 60 mtr CSR 24.6 (C)

Construction of embankment with earth obtained from roadway cutting or excavation including spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications 24.5 B

Construction of Shoulder with good quality earth obtained from borrow pits including compensation of earth, loading, unloading, carriage to site of work, spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per Clause-3003 of MORT&H specification.

Compaction of earth work & Preparation of sub grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in the Table 300-2 as per Technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (In case of link roads earth work to be done by villagers) (CSR No. 24.4 c)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORT&H technical specification

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage from mix plant to site of work, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical specifications

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick with Continous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @3.4%, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications. Notes:- I. The actual volume of the aggregate to be paid for shal lbe computed after deducting the specified percentage from the volume computed by stacks measurement as per MORT&H specifications (addendum to latest revision) for the purpose of secured advance.

II. The final grading for the aggregates requiredfor bitumenious macadam course Grading-2 for 75mm /50mm thickness of each layer conforming to table 500-7 of MORT&H specifications (addendum to latest revision) shall be determined after getting the bituminous macadam grading-2 designed from Punjab PWD B&R Research Laboratory Patiala after obtaining 60% of material. The design mix so finally approved by shall be termed as the approved mix. The aggregates shall be hydrophobic and of low porosity. The aggregates shall satisfy the physical requirement set fourth in table 500-6 (addendum to latest revision). III. The mix shall exhibit the following details: a) Binder expressed as a percentage by weight of total mix. b) Coarse aggregate of 26.5mm gauge expressed as percentage by weight of total mix. c) Crushed Bajri of 11.2mm size expressed as percentage by weight of total mix. d) Fine aggregates 4.75 mm below expressed as percentage by weight of total mix. e) A single definite percentage passing each sieve for mixed aggregates. f) Density of Bituminous Macadam (75mm /50mm thick after compaction) shall be minimum 2.2 gms/C.C & nothing extra shall be payable if higher density is achieved at site. IV) The contractor thereafter, shall be required to complete the supply of various ingradients or Bituminious Macadam as per proportions stipulated in the approved mix. V) Rate of B.M. shall be quoted by the contractor with respect to binder content percentage by weight of mix being 3.4% if Laboratory designs a mix with different percentage then the difference shall be payable/recoverable.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete 25mm to 30mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5%, laying with a Paver Finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per IRC-111 (2009) specifications

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M- 40 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of Side Drain as per standard drawing & design.

Construction of 18" dia hume pipe culvert as per standard drawing & design.

Construction of 2.5' span slab type culvert with 32' formation width

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 1997 complete as per technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications 616.67+5.35% = 649.66

Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens or Glass Beeds capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The supplier shall provide a 2 years warranty for satisfactory field performance as per clause 804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specifications 243.71+5.35% = 256.75

Advance Direction sign board 1200x900mm rectangular per IRC 67- 2012 with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012. grade sheeting fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on two square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.60x0.60x0.75m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 . (Using high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting Type IV as per ASTM D 4956 09 and as per IRC 67 2012) CSR 24.48 b(i) 11311.66+5.35% = 649.66

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade ordinary kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC 8- 1980 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per technical clause 804 of MORT&H specifications CSR 24.37 (a) (3549.43+5.35% = 649.66)

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade 200 meter stone of standard design as per IRC 26- 1967 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. complete as per technical clause 804 of MORT&H specifications CSR 24.38 (624.87+5.35% = 649.66)
