COPPER EARTHING (Upto 23 metre in Length): Earthing with electrolytic Copper Tape rivetted (with 5Nos. copper rivets)/Steel Nut & bolts (with 4Nos. 32mm long, 8mm thick with washer and double nut) to 30cm x 120cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burried 19.50 metre (63.96 feet) below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20 kg.) including fixing the Copper Tape recessed in wall and in floor etc., up to 23metre in Length (including bore Length). G.I. pipe 20mm dia. Supply, Erection, Testing and Commisioning of 11kV, 3Phase, 50Hz, Indoor metal clad, floor mounted, ‘Horizontal draw out’ type Extenable 4 no's VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) switch board unit 800/630 Amp.totally factory assembled which includes 800/630 Amp. Vacuum Circuit Breaker for 1 no. Incoming and 3 no. Out goings VCB 800/630Amp. 'Horizontal draw out’ type VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) Out going feeder with Electrolytic Copper bus bars of suitable rating, Horizontal Isolation type as per IEC 62271-100-200. The Switchgear panels shall be sheet steel construction with not less than 2.5mm thickness for load bearing sections and not less than 2mm thickness for non-load bearing, dust, moisture and vermin proof to provide a degree of protection IP-4X in accordance with IS:13947. VCBs are type tested according to International Standards IEC-62271 at renowned laboratories. They are compact, safe and reliable. The Panels shall be tested for IAC level of Min. 21kA/1 Sec. The Tranformers shall fitted with accesories like Rating and Diagram anodized aluminium plate, 2 Nos. Earthing terminals, 4 Nos. Lifting Lugs, Air Release hole with plug, Dehydrating Silica Gel Breather, Oil Level guage with minimum level marking, Conservator with Oil filling hole with cap & drain plug, Thermometer Pocket, Jacking Lugs, Bottom Drain cum filter valve, Top Filter Valve, 4Nos. Uni-directional rollers, Explosion vent with diaphragm, Marshmalling Box (Protection Class IP55), OTI with alarm & trip, WTI with alarm & trip, Double float Buchholz relay with alarm & trip, 2Nos. Designing, Supplying, installation, testing &commissioning of Indoor cubical type Main LT panel suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel as per IEC 60439-1&2 -Partallyt Totally Type Tested panel with IP 42 (indoor type).LT Panel shall be tested for all type test as per IEC 60439-1&2 & IEC61641 with aluminum busbar,The manufacturer shall submit the all type test reports during drawing approval. (Dust, vermin and interchangeable modules with facilites for extensions or reduction as per the space or requirments). The Panel shall be suitable for operation at 415+6% Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase 4 wire & earth system,IP54/55 and minimum 50kA. The Panel shall be fully type tested at an Independent Laboratory and shall comply to IEC 60439-1&2 . The Panel shall be (Indoor) type, weather, dust and vermin proof suitable for humidity up to 95%. Average daily temperature: +35°C max, Ambient temperature: -5°C to 40°C. The Supervision,Inspection & testing at Manufactuers site(By department) Fabrication:- Panel shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet,,conforming to IS:8623. In case of any changes required at site should be possible then and their self without any cutting or welding. The fabrication of the panel in 3B construction fully compartmentalized type i.e. bus bar channel as well as the cable chamber should be totally isolated from the feeder chamber. Where the crossing of the wire or bus link should have proper rubber gourmets or non-hygroscopic material. No live part should be in visible condition. The door should be double door design without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement.

The Panel door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. Minimum depth 400mm / wide 300 mm for busbar/ Cable ally at the front of the panel.The panel will be free standing floor mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. Painting:- The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch Primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work . Busbar :- The panel shall be provided with TPN aluminium busbar of suitable size according to the size of ACB/MCCB's. Busbar shall be of high conductivity (53% to 58%) E91-E Grade aluminium. All Busbar will be air insulated with codified in Red, Yellow, Blue & Black as per standard for cable termination with the help of extended busbar only with proper adjustable cable supports.The main busbar would be supported upon non-hygroscopic supports and Breaker should be compatible for communication on Modbus TCP/IP for future scope. ACB terminals should be rotatable type.

Metering :- The panel shall complete with also have digital metering unit with selector switch (volt meter & ammeter) epoxy insulator, gasket, PVC sleeves, CT's & L.E.D. type indicator etc. The switchboard Main distribution panel shall restrict the internal arcs faults within the compartment to ensure maximum safety to the operating personnel. The ACB should be capable for recording 10 fault history, LCD Display of current & voltage, Icu = Ics = Icw (1 Sec.) = 50kA with no derating upto 50 degree celcius on the existing industrial panel (With terminal adapter on load and line side of breaker), Manufacturer of Panel should be CPRI Approved (Approval not older then 5 years) & ISO certified (Manufacturer workshop as per ISO9001:2015 standerd) and NABL Lab reports of calibiration. The Concerened contactor shall be provide the detailed drawing of panel with attested and submitted to department for approval with complete specification and approved from the Engineer in charge at site. Bus Bar :- 2000A, TPN Aluminium Busbar suitable for with standing fault level of 50KA with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves i/c SMC/DMC bus bar supports at required intervals.
