Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.(Ref:-14.72)

Providing & laying two coats latex bonding agent with the help of painting brush to be applied on existing RCC surface for proper bonding of proposed concrete with existing RCC surface. The work includes removing of old plaster, tarfelt, dust, dirt or any other foriegn material must be properly cleaned with steel wire brush and chieseling. The treatment to be done over existing joints, cracked/ damaged surface, to be filled with polymer putty or polymer mortar properly mixed with cement as per requirement of site. The bonding agent to be mixed with cement (1 ltr bonding agent : 2 kg cement) mortar to be applied on existing surface and then allowed to air cure. Complete in all respect at any height including lead & lift to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (Ref N.S.)

Dismantling of cladding /external tiles/stone or any other finish of any size along with existing cement mortar, existing pointing, cleaning & raking of joints & cleaning of existing surface. & disposal of malba/rubbish up to 50 meter lead.. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Ref:-N.S.)

Making drills in existing R.C.C. slab for 8mm to 12mm dia for rebaring of M.S. bars with fisher chemical for R.C.C. slab for connect with new RCC slab/beam/cols. work including lead and lift in any height. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in-charge.. (Ref:-N.S.)

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 5 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:-N.S.)
