Fabrication, Supply & Erection of 5 Mtr. Long G.I. Pipe Stepped pole made out of 2.5" dia G.I pipe (3.0mtr bottom) and 2" dia G.I. pipe (2.0mtr top) of B-Class ISI marked G.I pipe. The length of the overlap at joint should be 6" (minimum) (The cost of which is inclusive). The pole shall be erected 1 Mtr below ground level in 8" internal dia readymade RCC Muff. The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). The job includes the cost of fabrication, welding, grinding, painting, make hole for entry of wires, labour, all petty material, carriage etc. required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC. The cost includes all labour and material including fabrication charges to the site of work. The weight of 2.5" dia should be 6.54kg/Mtr and 2" dia pipe 5.10kg/ Mtr ± 10%. (N.S.)

Supply & Erection of steel tubular pole 410 SP-27 conforming to IS-2713-1980, (Part-I & II) having overall length of 9 Meter and welded in 3 steps and having approximate Wt. 108 Kgs. With the following specifications:- a) The poll shall have cross-sectional length of 5.00, 2.00, 2.00 Mtrs. b) The outside dia and thickness shall be114.3x5.40mm, 88.9x4.85mm and 76.1x3.25mm. c) The pole shall be erected 1.50mtrs. Below the ground level in 10” internal ready made RCC muff. d) The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4.The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. e) The bottom portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of black paint after removing the dust/rust. It includes the cost of 2 coats of paint after 1 coat of priemer. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (N.S.)

S/E of Collars of CC Collars and junction box at base of the Pole with the deatiled specifications as given below :- a) Junction Box: - Supply & fixing of junction box IP-65 or better made out of polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced of size 210X155X90mm (minimum) with 4 Nos. terminal blocks suitable for 1 no. incoming and 3 nos. outgoing cables. The Junction box shall be fire retardant and self-extinguishing. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The job includes the cost of cable glands for cable entry, mounting kit for pipe and post installation, fixing screw, all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Cement Collar: -The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made form cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia. 12”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the ground up to 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 8” high PVC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 DWC Pipes of 50mm dia. and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the Jn.Box. d) The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality. e) The item includes other petty material to complete the job including new thimbles & making connections. f) The job includes all labour and petty material inclusive of putty required to complete the job to the entire staisfaction of the EIC of work. Supply, laying & termination of 3 core 1.5sqmm FR PVC insulated & PVC round sheathed flexible copper cable grade upto 1100Volts confirming to IS-694:2010, in the existing pole, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (N.S.)

Labour charges for horizontal boring (hand mouling) 1 mtr below ground level for laying of DWC pipe including cost of 2 nos. pit digging and refilling complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the EIC of the work. (N.S.)

The bracket shall be 0.9 meter over hang. A triangular 14 GMS sheet pieces with 2 sides of 2" shall be welded between two pipes. The bracket should have also the provision of suitable size of nipple for fixing of the fitting. The job includes the cost of all labour and petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC. It includes the cost of fixing the bracket on existing G.I. pipe pole with 2nos. ½" dia GI nuts & Bolts. The weight of 2.5" dia should be 6.54kg/Mtr and 1¼" dia pipe 3.10kg/ Mtr ± 10%. (N.S.)

S&E of Outdoor type both side with L-key lock arrangement openable M.S. Cubical Pedestal of size 1200mmx 900mm x350mm fabricated from 16 G.M.S. sheet welded on M.S. angle iron frame of size 50mmx 50mm x6mm with 4 Nos. legs of angle iron of same size each of length 600mm with M.S. sheet of size 100mm x 100mm x 6mm thick at the bottom of the legs. The front side and the back side of the pedestal should be openable with hiunged door provided with Godrej type locking arrangements. A 'U' type support made from M.S. sheet of 16 G having width 75mmx 6mm be welded vertically in the inner side of the door to avoid entry of water. The door of the pedestal should be provided with rubber gasket to avoid entry of other insects etc. The top of the pedestal shall be covered with canopy made out of 16 G M.S. sheet projected outside to avoid entry of water. Four No. supporting members each of size 50mm x 6mm thick according to cubical size shall be welded for mounting switcher gear i.e. MCCB, BBC, Timer, Contactor and energy meter etc. The Pedestal shall be painted with two coats of P.O. red paint after applying one coat of red oxide. One No. The legs of the pedestal shall be embedded in the 1:2:4 C.C. mixture by digging 1' deep pit of 1' dia.The letter 'Street Light Pedestal.' in 4" size shall be written on the front door of the Pedestal. The job also included supply and erection one no. wooden plank/ board of size 1’-6’’ x 1’-6’’ and 25mm thick suitable for fixing energy mater including cost of screw, nuts and bolts in cubical pedestal complete in all respect. The pedestal will be housed on RCC foundation, Snowcem and platform of size 900mm deep (450mm underground and 450 mm above ground x 960 mm long x 410 mm wide including sufficient number of DWC pipe size of 51/63mm pieces to facility to entire the main cable and the circuit cable. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (N.S.)

Supply & Erection of 4 pole, 36 kA, 100 Amp MCCB with adjustable thermal and magnetic release for overload and short circuit protection, having Ics =100% of Icu with positive isolation. The MCCB is to be fixed in the feeder pillar complete in all respects. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (N.S.)

Supply & Erection of Three Phase Automatic Timer and Contactor assembled in 22 gauge CRCA sheet enclosure duly powder coated with the following accessories. It shall conform to latest relevant IS Code:- 1. It shall have 1 contactors of capacity 70 Amp. The contractor should be of AC-3 duty 3 pole, 220/240 V coil Voltage. 2. It shall have Auto/Manual switch, light activated switching system with allied accessories as required. 3. It shall be housed in a powder coated 22 gauge M.S sheet cabinet fo its protection. 4.The device shall be provided/fixed in the existing pedestal box in such a way so that it operates at correct time i.e. at rising/setting of Sun. The Sensor shall be included time watch to operate as required. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (N.S.)

Numbering on the pole be done by painting 4" dia round with yellow paint and make number with black paint. The job Includes the cost of labour all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of EIC. (N.S.)
