Providing and fixing Precoated steel almirah of M.S sheet conforming to commercial quality CR- 1,Grade 340 of IS 513:2008 .The almirah shall have minimum 5 compartments or as per drawing.The Sheet Thickness of side, back, front shall be 1.mm thick. The Thickness of Top and Bottom 0.8 mm (Minimum), Lock having made of steel with zinc plated finish having brass levers and MAZAK / ZAMAK bolts having zinc plated finish along with MAZAK / ZAMAK handle (Ref:- N.S.)

Supply & Fixing of Modular Workstation without partition Overall size: 3'-6" X 2'-0"X2'-6" The workstations shall tile based modular partition system of overall thickness 60mm. The frame shall comprise of vertical uprights and horizontal channel as knock down or welded structure. The vertical uprights and horizontal channel shall be made from 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. The metal frame shall be power coated in Grey/Ivory/Black color after giving anticorrosion treatment. Level adjuster to be provided at the bottom of the verticals supports.Note: In back to back sitting arrangement vertical upright shall be single. Metal Raceway.Two metal raceway shall be provided below the working top keeping appropriate distance for electrical and internet wires respectively. Raceway shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet or aluminum extrusion. Necessary cut out for switches, sockets and internet port shall be provided on raceway.Frame Joinery: - The frame shall be joined to each other with the help of galvanized nut and bolts.

Work Top: - Work top shall be made of 18 mm thick water proof and fire-retardant High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Working height of the work top shall be 750mm. Gable end: Gable end or support below the working top shall be made out of 40 x 40 x 1.2mm thick CRCA pipe. TILES 1. Metal Tiles: It shall consist of 1mm thick metal tiles made of CRCA sheet duly power coated. 2. Pin Up Board: 12mm thick particle board shall be provided on vertical panel i.e above work top for pin up board.Keyboard tray shall be same finish but to be 19mm plyboard. (Ref N.S.)

Providing and fixing 3" thick, wooden partition. The partition include 2"x2" well seasoned soft wood frame duly treated with antitermite coating. After fixing the frame, 19mm thick BWP ply on both side fix on frame then 1.0mm thick approved laminate shall fix on both side of partition above ply. The work includes necessary cuttings, holes, openings for electrical, internet or other services on the partition. (With glass panels) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply of conference table 8 Seater of approved make size of table 8'-0"x3'-0"x2'-6". The table shall have facility of wire manager as per seat arrangment & front modesty panel above from floor lvl. The edges of table should be very smooth, rounded & prefinished. The wooden prelaminated finish shall be same on table as whole. Visitor Chair Seat size: 410mm X410mmBack size: 410mmX260mmTo be built from 25mm dia 1.2mm thick CRCA Steel tube in cantilever shape. The pipe is bent into S shape; with heavy reinforcement at the bends to make it strong enough for bearing heavy cantilever load. The chair is so shaped that it gives very high seating comfort & stability. The seat and the back to be cut from 10.8mm thick hot pressed commercial ply and be provided with 40mm thick on the seat & 25mm thick on the back, 40 density polyurethane foam, upholstered with superior quality (fire retardant) fabric. Steel welding wherever required, shall be done by MIG welding process to minimize distortion and for the deep penetration of the weld. All the steel components are pre-treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components shall be finished with fire retardant paint and oven baked at temp. Above 200 deg. C to provide scratch resistance surface coating film of thickness 40-45 microns. (Reff. N.S.)

Supply & Fixing Office Table with Side Table Overall size: 900mm L x 600mmD x 750mm Ht Top of the table shall be made out 18 mm thick water proof and fire-resistant High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Frame and leg of the table shall be made out of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick CRCA pipe and modesty front panel shall be made out of 1 mm thick CRCA sheet and 600mm high. Sides of the tables shall be provided with MS CRCA sheet C- channel of size 670mm Ht x 110mm wide x 25mm depth to be made out of 1mm CRCA sheet and shall have design of square perforations. SIDE TABLE Overall size: 900mm L x 6000mmD x 750mm Ht Top of side table shall be made out of 18 mm thick water proof and fire resistance High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Top frame of the side table shall be made out of c-channel of size 25x 60 x 25 mms to be made of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet. Provided with storage cabinet having one drawer and below it a swing door. Storage cabinet shall be of size 645mm Ht x 300mm L x 450mmD. Drawer and swing door shall be lockable. Modesty panel or back shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet. The welding wherever is required to be carried out with Resistance welding (Mig Welding). The complete body undergoes degreasing, derusting, phosphating & passivation before being powder coated and baked in oven at a temperature of 200oC. Providing and fixing 5mm thick (2layers) float glass panes in existing partition with EPDM gasket etc. Complete in all respect to the entire saticification of the engineer in charge. (Ref:- N.S.)
