Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. (ref no. 14.72)

Providing & laying water proofing treatment for Roof/Parapet with three coats Proof Acrylic coating with high flexibilty index without any surface crack. The work includes one coat of two pack polymer primer. The 1st coat of proof acrylic after priming, shall be light in thickness & then fibre mesh to be applied on surface, after that two coats shall be applied. The layer of coats shall have resistance against U.V. rays, fungus, moss, roots and micro organism growth. It shall also cope up with extreme stress and strain of expansion and contraction. The work includes cleaning of surface from funges, micro organism particles, dust, dirt, tarfelt sheet and complete cleaning of bitumen layer with cheisling work or any removing compatible chemical. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in-charge. (Ref N.S.)

Providing and fixing Chicken Mesh on existing surface with Iron Nails of required size including cutting, bending etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (ref no. 2.2)

Supply and erection of M.S angle iron frame stand of size 82" x 18" x30" made of 50x50x6 mm angle iron and channel of size 50x6mm for the existing panel. The M.S. angle iron frame shall have 4 no. legs of approx 30' long to keep it above ground level. The frame shall be painted and fitted at site complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for grouting of M.S frame in earth after diggingh the earth and filling the same with RCC mixture complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for shifting of LT panel with the help of crane after disconnecting the cables from the panel and making connections of cables again after shifting complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Making shed of approx size 10"x10"x10" convered with fibre sheet. The shed shall stand on 4 nos. angle iron of size 50x50x6mm having central support on the top duly convered from two sides keeping front side open for maintenance purpose complete the job in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (ref no. N.S)

Repairing of existing LT panel. The job includes repairing of doors of panel, installing new doors whereever required, painting the panel powder coated etc complete the job in all respect to the entire safisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(ref no. N.S)
