MODULAR WORKSTATION BACK TO BACK:- Overall seat size: 1200 mm L X 663mm w x 1200mm Ht Supply of workstations should be in the tile based modular partition system of overall thickness 63mm. The frame should comprise of vertical uprights and horizontal channel as knock down or welded structure. The vertical uprights and horizontal channel should be made from 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. The metal frame shall be power coated in Grey/Ivory/Black color after giving anticorrosion treatment. Level adjuster to be provided at the bottom of the verticals supports. In back to back sitting arrangement vertical upright shall be common for two seats.

Metal Raceway:-Two metal raceway should be provided below the working top keeping an appropriate distance for electrical and internet wires respectively. Raceway should be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet or aluminum extrusion. Necessary cut out for switches, sockets and internet port should be provided on raceway.Electricals wires, internet wires, electrical switch & sockets and internet port shall be provided by P.U. Frame Joinery: - The frame shall be joined to each other with the help of galvanized nut and bolts. Work Top: - Work top shall be made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board. All exposed sides of the working top should be protected with 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape affixed with hot melt glue. Working height of the work top shall be 750mm. Gable end: Gable end or support below the working top should be made out of 20x40x1.2mm thick CRCA pipe and should be provided with nylon level adjuster. Side Partitions: Consist of Metal Tiles, Magnetic Board Tiles and White Board Tiles as under: 1. Metal Tiles: It shall consist of 0.8mm thick metal tiles made of CRCA sheet duly power coated. 2. Magnetic Board: Powder coated metal tile should be provided on vertical panel i.e above work top which will serve the purpose of pin up board, paper shall stick to the wall surface with the help of magnets.

3. White Board Tiles: High quality metallic ceramic white board tiles should be provided on vertical panel i.e above working top Cutting and bending of the CRCA sheet to be done in CNC machines to ensure the quality of end product. All the metal components of the workstations should be made with Dies, Zigs and Fixtures so as to achieve precision and a complete interchangeability of components. The welding wherever is required to be carried out with Resistance welding (Mig Welding) so as to rule out opening of welded joints. The complete body undergoes degreasing, derusting, phosphating & passivation before being powder coated and baked in oven at a temperature of 200oC. The powder coated surface carries an average paint thickness of 45-50 microns. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

THREE-DRAWER METAL PEDESTAL UNIT:- Overall Size: 400mm (L) x 520mm (D) x 690mm (Ht) The body and drawers of the pedestal unit is made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and drawers’ front fascia is made of 1 mm thick CRCA sheet. Provided with two small drawers and one big drawer. Two upper drawers’ size: 430mm L x 320mm B x 150mm Depth. Big drawer size: 430mm L x 320mm B x 265mm Depth All drawers move on telescopic channels. All drawers are provided with PVC insert handles. All drawers are lockable with single key. METAL KEY BOARD TREY:-Keyboard trey should be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and moves on telescopic channels. Duly powder coated.complete in all respect to the entire satifaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

METAL CPU TROLLEY:-CPU trolley should be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet and to be provided with 4 nos 30 dia nylon casters, two are lockable. Duly powder coated.complete in all respect to the entire satifaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

PROPERTY COUNTER :-Size: 78"Ht x 36”W x 19"D Made out of 18mm (+/-1mm) thick pre-laminated MDF board. Provided with 12 equal size open storages. All exposed edges are protected with 2mm PVC edge banding tape affixed with hot melt glue.complete in all respect to the entire satifaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
