Waterproofing Membrane:- Applying cold applied syntetc adhessive-- Shalibond- APP 1.5mm for APP membrane having lap shear strength (Membrane to Membrane) after 7 days more than 3MPA on substrate by brush or Trowel. Allow the solvent to evaporate and start fixing Tarfelt APP on adhessive white if is still Tacky. Tarfelt APP Non woven polyester based pilable membrane with release film should have elongation @break longitudinal &Transverse side--30% tested at ASTM D --5147, Tensile strength tested at ASTM D -5147 longitudinal--250N/5 CM & at Transverse-- 120N/5 CM & Tearing strength at N/7.5 cm tested at--ASTM D 5147longitudinal strength--- 250 & Transverse-- 90 for overlapping of joints, rub the polyethelene side of membrane by wire brush apply synthetic adhesive over rubbed area & allow it to be tacky and then affix bituminous side of tarfelt AAP after removal of release film for lonitudinal & Transverse joints overlaps of 75mm & 100mm respectively is desire. Seal all the corners of membrane with shall bond APP or its equivalent. Allow the system to cure for 3 to 4 days.

Protection of Waterproofing membrane:- For UV protection, Tarfelt APP water proofing membrane shall be finally coated with bituminous based Aluminium paints or as per decided by Engineer-in-Charge. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
