Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and mixing of integral water proofing compund as per standard design. ( Ref:- N.S)

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx1mx400micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) with integral water proofing compound and a coat of neat cement rounding the edge sand making and finishing the outlet complete.( Ref:- N.S)

Dismantling old plaster (12 to 25mm thickness wherever required) or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.( Ref:- N.S)

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to be mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. ( Ref:- N.S)

Supply and applying P.U. Sealant Single Componant for cracks up 4mm to 8mm widen opening. The work includes opening, cheisling, making cracks in V-Shape, cleaning, filling of joints. Complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer - in charge.( Ref:- N.S)

Supply and applying high build elastomeric coating of polyurea ultron i.e. two component hybrid polyurea , polyurathane to be applied with brush / spray as a membrane. The membrane shall have mechanical , chemical , thermal , uv , and weather resistance. The permissible elongation i.e. upto 600% and tensile strength upto 12.6Mpa , shore A of 60 and tear resistance of 9.2 N. The minimum consumption shall be 0.45 Kg per coat of 850 micron . The value of ASTM shall be C1250 , D2196 , D1475 for different properties. The work includes complete cleaning , base prepration and one coat of epoxy based primer . After priming coat the surface shall have 50 GSM GEO textile mesh to be laid. The primer includes mixture of resin and hardener. After priming coat, two coats of polyurea ultron to be applied to achieve minimum thickness 0.85mm. Complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and applying EPDM tape for corner, edges to be sandwitched between two coats of P.U.water proofing compound. Complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer - in charge..( Ref:- N.S)

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 5 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.( Ref:- N.S)
