Work Top: - Work top shall be made of 18 mm thick water proof and fire-retardant High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Working height of the work top shall be 750mm. Gable end: Gable end or support below the working top shall be made out of 40 x 40 x 1.2mm thick CRCA pipe. TILES 1. Metal Tiles: It shall consist of 0.8mm thick metal tiles made of CRCA sheet duly finished with fire retardant paintt. 2. Magnetic Board: To be finished with fire retardant paintt. metal tile shall be provided on vertical panel i.e above work top for pin up board, paper shall stick to the wall surface with the help of magnets. 3. Supply and placing of fire retardant office table with side table Overall size: 1500mm L x 750mmD x 750mm Ht Top of the table shall be made out 18 mm thick water proof and fire-retardant High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate.Frame and leg of the table shall be made out of 50 x 25 x 1.2 mm thick CRCA pipe and modesty front panel shall be made out of 1 mm thick CRCA sheet and 600mm high. Sides of the tables shall be provided with MS CRCA sheet C- channel of size 670mm Ht x 110mm wide x 25mm depth to be made out of 0.8mm CRCA sheet and shall have design of square perforations.SIDE TABLE Overall size: 900mm L x 450mmD x 725mm HtTop of side table shall be made out of 18 mm thick water proof and fire resistance High Pressure Laminate/Compact Laminate. Top frame of the side table shall be made out of c-channel of size 25x 60 x 25 mms to be made of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet. Provided with storage cabinet having one drawer and below it a swing door. Modular Low Height Partition For Office Supply and placing of fire retardant tile based modular partition system of overall thickness 60mm (minimum) for office cabin. The frame shall comprise of vertical uprights and horizontal channel as knock down or welded structure. The vertical uprights and horizontal channel shall be made from 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. The metal frame shall be finished with fire retardant paintt after giving anticorrosion treatment. Level adjuster to be provided at the bottom of the partitions. Metal Raceway Two metal raceway shall be provided below the working top keeping an appropriate distance for electrical and internet wires respectively. Raceway shall be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Necessary cut out for switches, sockets and internet port shall be provided on raceway. Frame Joinery: - The frame shall be joined to each other with the help of galvanized nut and bolts.

Visitor Chair Seat size: 410mm X410mmBack size: 410mmX260mmTo be built from 25mm dia 1.2mm thick CRCA Steel tube in cantilever shape. The pipe is bent into S shape; with heavy reinforcement at the bends to make it strong enough for bearing heavy cantilever load. The chair is so shaped that it gives very high seating comfort & stability. The seat and the back to be cut from 10.8mm thick hot pressed commercial ply and be provided with 40mm thick on the seat & 25mm thick on the back, 40 density polyurethane foam, upholstered with superior quality (fire retardant) fabric. Steel welding wherever required, shall be done by MIG welding process to minimize distortion and for the deep penetration of the weld. All the steel components are pre-treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components shall be finished with fire retardant paint and oven baked at temp. Above 200 deg. C to provide scratch resistance surface coating film of thickness 40-45 microns. (Reff. N.S.)

BODY CONSTRUCATION (KNOCK-DOWN/BOLTED): Body shall be fabricated out of 0.8mm (min) thickness CRCA steel sheet i.e. thickness of top, side and back shall be 0.8mm (min). Face of the body (fixed or movable) shall be flushed with each other from top to bottom when brought together so as to make it dust proof. 3. SHELVES: SHELVES shall be fabricated/Press formed out of 0.8mm minimum thick CRCA steel sheet. It shall have minimum 6 folds to be designed for safe load bearing capacity of 80-100 kg (UDL). The front and rear sides of the shelves are stiffened with U channel so as to avoid the buckling of shelves or to bear impact load the shelves shall be fixed on the body by means of support brackets. Each compactor body shall have 4 No. adjustable shelves bolted with angle posts at equal intervals. The shelves shall be designed for load bearing capacity of 80-100 kg (UDL). The shelves shall be fixed over duty metallic adjusters fixed at all corners.

4. UNDER CARRIAGE:(A) SIZE OF UNDERCARRIAGE: Main channel of ‘C’ cross – section shall be size Minimum 65mm x 32mm x 3.15mm thick.(B) GUIDE RAILS: Cross section of the guide rail shall consist of ‘J’ channel made of 2.00mm (Min.) thick mild steel square bright bar of size 25mm x 25mm. Bright bar shall be fixed by screws to the channel.5. DRIVE MECHANISM: Mechanical hand wheel operation for moving the compartments (BLOCK): Movement of the body shall be through a drive Wheel and Sprocket-CHAIN Tensioner arrangement, which is mounted rigidly on the side of guide rail and body side. The drive arrangement shall be concealed by providing a CRCA sheet cover 1.00mm thick. Drive wheel shall be at the height of approximately 800mm the ground. Each under structure shall be fitted with four No’s antifriction bearings for guiding the under structure on the rail.6. LABEL HOLDER: Label holder shall be made of 1.00mm thick CRCA steel sheet of size 180mm x 110mm (Minimum).7. CENTRALIZED LOCKING: A centralized locking arrangement shall be provided on the back of the last unit so that it gets locked on the rail on bringing the entire unit together. In addition a spring loaded knob type safety lock shall be provided at the end of rail to prevent derailment.8. FASTNER: The nut bolt shall be galvanized /zinc plated.9. FINISH (to be finished with fire retardant paintt.) BODY: All CRCA sheets used in fabrication of the compactor bodies shall be finished with fire retardant paintt after carrying out surface treatment of all the sheets by using pre-treatment methods. The sheets shall be oven baked on temperature of 180 degree Celsius to 200 degree Celsius. UNDERSTRUCTURE: It shall be finished with fire retardant paintt in approved shade to minimum 45 microns after carrying out necessary pre treatment process. (Reff. N.S.)
