Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Ref:- 4.1.3)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. (Ref:- 11.3.1)

12mm cement plaster of mix

1:6 (1cement :6 fine sand) (Ref:- 13.1.2)

Providing and laying Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 (average compressive strength not less than 105 kg per sq.cm.) in Foundation and plinth in :

Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (Ref:- N.S.)

Providing & laying P.C.C. 1:8:16 (1 Cement : 8 coarse sand: 16 coarse aggregate)with stone ballast 32mm guage in foundation and plinth. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:- N.S)

Providing& Fixing 3" long and 8mm dia MS Bolt lock and fix in R.C.C./P.C.C. The work includes nut & washers .Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:- N.S.)

Providing & Fixing basket ball pole of 8" dia M.S. pipe with minimum thickness 6mm. The standard height of pole includes M.S. plate of size 18" X 18" 8mm thick with M.S. bolt. The height of board with frame shall be 9'-6" from ground to bottom. The height of Ring shall be 10'-0" from ground . The size of board shall be 1.80m X 1.05m of acrylic sheet of 20mm thick including painting.Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ref:- N.S.)

Providing & fixing 40mm wide and 8mm thick asbestos strip for panneling. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in-charge. (Ref:- N.S.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 150mm thick (by taking material 1.92 cum for 10 sqm area) of natural sand, morrum gravel, crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORT&H specifications, confirming of clause 401 coarse graded grading-1 as per table-400.2 of MORT&H specification including spreading on the prepared subgrade with the help of motor grader or adequate capacity mainteaning the required slope and grade during operation and rolling with 8-10 tonnes with the grade and cross fall (camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which becomes a apparent, corrected by removing and adding fresh material including the cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barrier,lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc., as per MORT&H specification, density of GSB as laid 2 grm/cc.
