I/R for Supply & fixing reducing socket as per IS 226-1975 as ammended upto date 5 323.90 mm outer dia into 219.10 mm outer dia eight threads per inch or 25.4 m to be made out of M S plate with interic threads to be suitable for jointing 323.90 mm outer dia ERW pipe 219.10 mm outer dia pipr as per item No 2 & 3 above or by cement grouting with all labour, T&P's, all taxes, octroi, GST, loading, leading, unloading etc. complete job.

I/R for Development of tubewell according to clause 9.3 of ISI: 2800-1991 (PART-I) as 10 amended up to date specification attached and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge after week including the cost of all consumable store, fule, oil, compressors, pumps and other tool and plants etc. as required for this work. I/R for RCC work as per design mix M-25/M-30/M-35 controlled concrete in RCC Column, bracing, staircase and landing for all height and depths etc. including cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, erecting, binding, placing and keeping in position etc. all lead, lift, with cost of 15 binding wire including cost of shuttering and centering, scaffolding, curing for specified period, all labour, material, mixer, vibrator, finishing, etc. complete job as per approved plan or as per instructions of site engineer complete job. The payment of cement will be made separately under USSOR 2021 item no. 025071 to 025073 app. in ch. no. 2 as per actual consumption of cement as per standard specification & steel reinforcement will be paid under item no. 5.22.6 app. in ch. no. 5 of DSR. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for RCC work as per design mix M-25/M-30/M-35 controlled concrete in RCC C bottom & top ring beams, bottom & top dome slab cylinderical portion wall, cornical slab and ventilator slab etc, including foot step in partition wall for the over heights and depths etc. including providing & fixing M. S. Clamos for C.I. pipe & making holes, fixing arrangements for steel ladder and lightening conductor including cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, erecting, binding, placing and 16 keeping in position etc. all lead, lift, with cost of binding wire including cost of shuttering and centering, scaffolding, curing for specified period, all labour, material, mixer, vibrator, finishing, etc. complete job as per approved plan or as per instructions of site engineer complete job. The payment of cement will be made separately under USSOR 2021 item no. 025071 to 025073 app. in ch. no. 2 as per actual consumption of cement as per standard specification & steel reinforcement will be paid under item no. 5.22.6 app. in ch. no. 5 of DSR. I/R for providing water proofing treatment to walls, domes, floors etc. with 19mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:2 added with water proofing compound of adilite or similar brand 17 as approved by site engineer @ 3% weight of cement with all labour & material etc. complete job. The payment of cement will be made separately under USSOR 2021 item no. 25071 to 25073 as per actual consumption of cement as per standard specifications. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for S & F steel fabricated framed work for M S ladder and cat walk including M S railing, posts, rods to staircase, balconies et. As per approved plan or as per instructions of engineer 18 incharge including the cost of cutting, breaking, bending, notching, welding, nut bolts, cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of app. quality and shade with all labour, material, T&Ps, taxes, loading, leading, unloading, lifting, taxes octroi etc. complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for P & F lightening conductor 22mm x 3mm copper strips with projection fixed to the centre of top slab of the ventilator with aluminium down conductor in accordance with IS 19 specifications at all height and earthing RCC overhead tank including fixing of earthwire in position complete with all accessories in all respect as per approved plan including all labour, material, taxes, loading, leading, unloading, lifting, etc. complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for P & F manhole cover size 60cm dia of 3mm thick M S plate with 40mm x 5mm M S flat with lifting hooks and 10mm dia hinges, bolts with 40 x 20 x 5mm thick angle iron frame 20 fixed in top dome slab of RCC Overhead tank as per approved plan or as per instructions of engineer icharge including all cutting, bending, welding, notching, loading, leading, unloading, taxes, painting with synthetic enamel paint of app. quality & shade with all lab and mat. etc. complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for P&F water level indicator of teak wood gauge board of size 230mm x 40mm 21 and floating steel indicator with pully and wire arrangement complete including painting, letters etc. as per approved drawing of required height with all lab and mat, T&Ps, taxes, loading, leading, unloading etc. as a complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

I/R for testing of soil for bearing capacity of soil at the required depth as per the 22 directions of engineer incharge. The quoted rates will include the cost of submitting the soil test report from the agency of repute as approved by the site Engg. incharge including the cost of labour, material, T&Ps, loading, leading, unloading etc. complete job.

I/R for providing & fixing 830mm internal dia top ventilator in the centre of top dome 23 with frame & mosquito proof netting of approved quality as per approved drawing of required height with all lab and material, T&Ps, taxes, loading, leading, unloading, cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade etc. as a complete job. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be.

Deduction rate for not doing the work of steel reinforcement, cutting, straightening, hooking, bending, errecting, binding, placing & keeping in position etc., all lead, lift with cost of bending etc.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer -in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and 25 fixing the same to the plate of structural framework by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.
