HRD / Safety & Main Factory Gate (West side). Minimum Malis (Unskilled) to be deployed = 02 Malis.

Petrol Pump. Minimum Malis (Unskilled) to be deployed = 01 Mali.

Note : In case of deploy of less malies, the payment shall be reduced from the particular period of bill, as per clause no. 15 of Technical terms & conditions of NIT. In addition to the above, as explained under clause no. 6(e) of Technical Terms & conditions of NIT, it is also highlighted that for all lawns, falling under the plots of non residential areas, under item no. 1, all tools & plants alongwith 8 nos. Manual and one Power (Mini 20" blade) lawn mowers shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing shall be supplied free of cost to the party. For watering purpose, contractor has to provide PVC Gardening pipe for each mali in above areas of required length 30m or more.Contractor should keep above facts in mind while quoting the rate for item no. 1.

Deploying of 12 nos. Malies (unskilled) daily (excluding weekly offs / Holidays) for maintenance of grassy lawns, landscapes around residential buildings of Sector - VII, flower beds, hedges & plants including removing of fallen/ dry leaves and disposal of the same to the designated place, uprooting of weeds/ rank vegetation, watering, mowering, rolling, top dressing, maintenance of flowerbeds (seasonal /annual etc.) Trimming / cutting of hedges / flower plants / decorative foliage wherever required , uprooting the old & replanting the new seasonal plants etc. and application of FYM, good earth, seasonal plants, new saplings / plants, pesticides, fertilizers complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. FYM, good earth, pesticides, fertilizers etc. shall be supplied by contractor and shall be paid in relevant items of part-B. However, preparation of new flower beds, wherever required shall be in the scope of contractor. . The item also includes the cleaning of dry leaves from the lawns.

Note : In case of supply of less malies, the payment shall be reduced from the particular period of bill, as per clause no. 15 of Technical terms & conditions of NIT. In addition to the above, as explained under clause no. 6(e) of Technical Terms & conditions of NIT, it is also highlighted that for all lawns, falling under item no. 2, the tools & plants alongwith 12 nos. Manual and one Power (Min. 20" blade) Lawnmower for item no. 2, shall be arranged by the Contractor. For watering purpose, contractor has to provide PVC Gardening pipe for each mali in above area of required length 30m or more Party should quote the rates, keeping the above facts into consideration. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Maintenance of neem plantation farm of neem plants by watering hoeing, weeding, providing manure / fertilizers, and cutting of wild growth with necessary tools & tackles. Contractor has to deploy one labour on daily, for round the month.

Digging Holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with mannure in the required ratio , flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any all leads and lifts. (Cost of Mannure or extra good earth if needed shall be paid seperatly) Holes upto 60 cm dia, 60 cm deep.

Lawn mowering in plain areas not covered/ maintained under item no. 1(inside & outside the Factory Area) as and when required, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor has to arrange his own diesel lawn mower and Hand Held brush cutters / Line Trimmer for the same.

Execution of jobs of unsusceptible measurements, which are not covered under the item no. 1 of SOQ and DSR, such as watering to new planted trees, for guarding the fencing of orchards, prohibiting entry of wild animals in the orchards, erecting fallen trees guards, cutting sarkanda, excavating holes for new tree plantation, making new beds around ornamental/ fruit trees and other arrangements in NFL estate as per requirement, during the visit of VIPs / National Function etc. The rates shall include provision of all tools and tackles and contractor's profit. (Inside & outside Factory area).

Clearing grass including cutting of all type of wild vegetation, congress grass from ground level and removal of trees saplings including all types of bushes, sarkanda, arandi and other vegetation from ground level in subsequent operation inside Factory & T/ship Area. Grass shall be cut in such way that after cutting grass / jungle, the same shall not remain more than 3" above the ground level. Contractor may cut the grass / wild growth through mechanical machinery / Manual labour etc.

Supply of Mechanical transport viz. Tractor and Trolley alongwith Driver & three unskilled labour for loading / carrying / unloading of cut grass/ jungle from different locations in Factory & T/ship area within a lead upto 2.00 KM, as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (A period from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. shall constitute one operation/ per day).

Executing the jungle cutting jobs, clearing grass/ wild growth from isolated areas and spraying of insecticides, which are unsusceptible to measurement such as blind corners, jungle at scattered locations etc. and any other areas, which are not covered under item no. 7, by deploying a group of six labours along with all tools & tackles during normal working hours in 08:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, all as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Spray chemicals shall be supplied free of cost by NFL). Note: For the purpose of payment contractor shall quote the rates of six labours, which shall be treated as one operation.

Providing items pertaining to horticulture and gardening such as grass, loose grass, specialized tools & tackles and any other related horticulture items, which are not covered under any item of SOQ. For the purpise of payment %age above market rates of materials, tools and spares to be supported by cash reciept/vouchers may be quoted.

Clearing grass with Hand Held brush cutters / Line Trimmer, including cutting of all type of wild vegetation, congress grass from ground level inside Factory & T/ship Area. Contractor shall arrange to cut the grass / wild growth with Hand Held brush cutters / Line Trimmer for the area as specified by engineer in charge. Cut grass shall be removed and clean the area by the contractor with in his quoted rate of this item. Contractor shall keep minimum of 04 no. Hand Held brush cutters / Line Trimmer petrol driven for clearing grass. Hand Held brush cutters / Line Trimmer with petrol and labour in the scope of contractor. Nothing extra shall be payable to the contractor. (Specific areas shall be given against this item as per instructions of Engr.-in-charge)

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for six months or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth, if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure. (The manure/sludge shall be paid for separately).

Fiiling mixture of earth and sludge or manure in the desired proportion in trenches, flooding with water and levelling (cost of supplying good earth and sludge or manure shall be paid in relevant item).

Supply of dirrerent type of plants / seeds / chemical fertilizers / pestisides etc.

Ornamental trees such as Ashoka, Mor Pankhi etc.

Indoor / foliage plants of differenct species such as Arokaria, Palms, Crotons etc.

Supply of grafted roses / boughanvillias

Supply of Dhailia / Crysenthemum cuttings

Seed of seasional flowers (summer and winters) (Standard Packet of 5 Grms)

Supply of DAP fertilizers in Bags

Supply of pesticides / insecticides like round up, Hijack, Rickup & Markglypho etc.

Supply of flowers of different type of verities like Gervera, Genda etc. for making bouquet / flower pot.

Supply and stacking of well-rotton fram yard mannure at site (Mannure shall be majored in stacks and will be reduced by 8% void for the purpose of payment .

Supply and stacking of locally available good earth at site including cost / royalty of earth, carriage of the same from soruce of supply to site and stacking in proper measurable stacks ( earth shall be measured by reducing 20 % voids for the purpose of payment).
