Notes: The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 4% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

S&F in repair solar cat eye alunimum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IS) of size 125mm x 125mm of high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD complete all as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking existing damaged water bound macadam in patches area not exceeding 400 Sqm, depth exceeding 50mm & not exceeding 100mm including necessary removal of spoil, out off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. M&L 75 mm thick (avg compacted thickness) WBM in one layer with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (Limestone, Sand stone, Flint or Quartzite of 63 to 40 mm size) or grading 03(50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old black topped surface by brushing with wire brushes from removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all losse dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen @ 05kg per 10 Sqm on road surface for laying Bituminous macadam, complete all as specified and directed.
