M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 any faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft & loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore (Broken stone or boulders) of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying complete all as secified and as directed. Note-Shapes of interlocking paver block shall be triangular/Zigzag/Haxagon/or other ,Colour of paver blocks & laying pattern approved by GE.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mub stop,edge of paths, rounded and chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed in kerb/coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description width or girth exc 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimeter width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in any colour finished without brush mark on surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform, skirting/dado and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 10mm thick screed bed or backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bar 5 to 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for stirrups, spacers, and binders etc. and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste Formwork to sides of concrete rough finished surfaces of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork for rough finish surfaces to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste Formwork for rough finished surfaces to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L for mild steel framed work of ornamental and intricate design as in door or gates of angle or other section complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc. to be prepared for hanging with and including hooks or hinges and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Part-I E/M work:- S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes 100mm x 100mm x 60mm deep for accommodate the test point terminal block with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 25mm X 4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15 mm bore light grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt packed around the earth plate and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4 kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion complete all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I and connecting to existing earth test point complete all as specified and directed or including testing on completion.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).
