M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on walls of other than fair face even and smooth without using extra cement compete including taking down old cement plaster and all debries removing the outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick wall care putty in two coats on wall new or old surfaces and making surface smooth by using sand paper complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Make:JK cement/Birla/Asianpaints etc.

M&L preparation of old/new plaster surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of primer complete, to be applied using an airless spray machine, after covering of window glass,door shutter and electric point/ appliances with help of polythene/news paper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete/painted surfaces after Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted over a coat of primer at any height including 1mm thick wall care white putty necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of distemper shall be with the help of a roller only.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander ( having mechanical vacuum mechanisum ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad as required diameter of using a 80/100 grit sand paper to make the surface free from dust , loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick in two coats Exterior waterproof wall care putty on wall new or old surfaces and making surface smooth by using sand paper complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Make:JK cement/Birla/Asianpaints etc.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 1L/11 sq. mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied using an airless spray machine of with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property which can reduce the painted surface temp, by 5 degree and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1L/6sq mtr diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint ,at any height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surface including by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over1mm thick wall care putty (where as requird) , to be applied using an airless spray machine, after covering of window glass,door shutter and electric point/ appliances with help of polythene/news paper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/concrete surfaces of walls, kerbs stone & stopping of surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Application as per SSR Pt-I clause 15.15.1 to 15.15.12 CURING : Painted surfaces shall be sprinkled with water using a fog spray two or three times a day. The curing shall be started as soon as the paint has hardened so as not to be damaged by the spray, about 12 hour after the application.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and leveling / edgesing the disturbed surface with water proofing putty and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof treatment upto 15 Mtr height to be applied using an airless spray machine including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The tint and shade be as approved by the GE.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 12 Mtr height , including provision of scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted over 1mm thick wall care putty where as requird upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Application of distemper shall be with the help of a roller only.

S&F in repair plastic seat cover white/coloured (as required at site) for water closet padestal pattern with flat bottom and steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, in vertical surface such in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles complete and rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for vitrified tiles light shade 8 to10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 600mm x 600mm / 605mm x 605mm over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm over & including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening of air lock/blockage in PVC/GI/composite (PL-AL-PE) pipe line from outlet of water tank to all internal GI pipes/PPR/fittings to smooth flow of water from bib taps/showers/WHB pillar tap/stop valves complete by air pressure /water gravity pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes/peepal small tree protuding over wall surface/roof surface/terrace of building of height up to 10.0 metre including necessary scaffolding and necessary safety measure if required and make good the surface in cement mortar (1:3) and applying one coat of anti growth of vegitation chemical and removing of unserviceable material out side MD land and cleaning site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of shutter including taking down easening and adjusting and also refixing handware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws etc of any description exc 1.0 sqm but n exc 2.0 sqm each in same opening all as specified and directed

Taking down old aluminium door/Ventilator/window and refixing in same opening after repairing to damaged/loosened rail sections,tightening of screws, repairing/ replacement of rubber beading to aluminium shutter, repairing/oiling to locking arrangement and oiling / greasing,repairing to handle,tower bolt as required and making the shutter run/swing smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris outside the defence land compelete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for PVC Wall Lining any colour , texture consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain including PVC sheet fillet (U,C or L shape) by mean of solvent/nails/screws to make grid as per manufacturer instruction fixing on wall and including of taking down old PVC wall Panneling all as specified and directed. Note:- Make and colour Approved by GE

Dismantling timber fillets, posts,railing rafter, purlin,balusters, handrails and treads under 40 sqcm framed work in sectional area,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plain sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality, not exceeding 0.50Sqm in each pane, and glazing with oil putty/beading/silicone and securing pins, spring clips etc, including hacking out old glass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12mm thick glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595mm of approved design fixed with powder coated (powder coating on web bottom only) GI grid consisting of groove in main Tee section of size (15mm x 30mm), groove in cross Tee section of size (15mm x 23mm) and powder coated GI wall angle of size (20mm x 20mm) suitable for mounting tiles of 595 x 595mm with 4mm dia GI wire suspender including fabrication complete including taking down existing ceiling upto height 15 Mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note : MTC to be provided

S&F repairs flexible health faucet with clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed window made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm(+-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. incl.Frame (60mm x 58mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

Taking down chowkhat or frame n .exc. 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plain sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality, not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane, and glazing with oil putty/beading/silicone and securing pins, spring clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessar accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.complete all as specified and directed.
