M&L for providing Premixed bitumenous macadam not exceeding 75mm thick using paving bitumen @ 4% (VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing Bituminous macadem surfaces by brushing with wire brushes , sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust & dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness, using combined graded aggregate i.e. crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inherent filler/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified (refer SSR Part-I of 2009), pre-heated, mixed with 4.5% to 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity tendom vibratory roller used in static mode complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and shape all as directed by the GE. (ii) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and binder (bitumen). Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. (iii) Contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects. (iv) The job design mix formula shall be carried out from the approved lab and be got approved from the GE before commencement of the work.

M&L for painting 2mm thick with thermoplast fluorescent paint of colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 30 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PE- plastic speed bumps (Heavy Duty) of size 750x250x75mm in yellow and black colour, filling in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate to backs of bumps with and including drilling holes etc for securing with lag bolts to concrete surfaces/ steel spikes hardware for mounting to asphaltic surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Convex Mirror 600 mm dia, polycarbonate reflected, outdoor type with hood ABS body including stand for fixing mirror, duly embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 block of suitable size to bear self load and wind pressure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, in repair solar stud/ Cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye Solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm, with PAMA striplens reflector, fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solar delineator (1000x47mm) with four ultra bright flashing LEDs, polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body having height 145mm, dia 80mm, fitted on MS pipe 50mm dia (Approx 1.00 metre long), powder coated anti rust, fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate (block 20x20x30cm) with necessary fixing arrangements as per manufacturer’s instructions with & including excavation, earth work and removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair reflective type delineator or guide poles with retro reflective strip, made of MS pipe 50mm dia powder coated anti rust and having height 1000-1200 mm, fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate block 20x20x30cm with necessary fixing arrangements as per manufacturer’s instructions with & including excavation, earth work and removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified.

M&L for 80mm thick Factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in hardstandings, drive ways or Medium trafic parking etc. of required strength, thicness & size/shpe, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacing and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibrator, compacting by using plate vibrator, filing the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick (with gery cement and no pigment) of size and shape as directed by GE, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) laid as in hardstanding, in alternate bays/pannels making grooves etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying (at or near ground level) Factory made kerb stone/Drainage channel of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening with and including necessary earth work and excavation and removal of excavated matreial outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc with and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered or concrete surfaces of any description after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .
