Note :- (i) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent (Vaniklin) at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across he coil, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of unserviceable bearings, V belts, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit.
