Supply, install, testing and commissioning step down Power Transformer of capacity of 5 MVA capacity, 3 Phase, 66/11 KV, 50 Hz, ONAN Cooled, Double Limb Copper wound core type for outdoor application mounted on rails with Wheels, vector group YNyno (star/star), as per IS 2026 with latest amendments, Onload tap changer(OLTC) with RTCC Panel and Automatic Voltage Relay for OLTC from (+) 5% to (-) 15% in step of 1.25%, HV side 66 KV bare bushing termination and for LV side 11 KV bushing termination cable box incl first filling of transformer oil (IS 335 of 2018) with following specifications fitting and accesories, complete all as specified and directed. The errection of transformer shall be done under the supervison of manufacturer auth rep & certificate to that effect shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by manufacturer auth rep & Engineer-in-charge. 2. The transformer shall be fitted on existing platform. Necessary modification/repair if any required as per recommendation of OEM is under scope of work and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor. 3. The make of Power Transformer will be approved by the accepting officer. Subsequently detailed technical specification of Power Transformer, OLTC and all other mounting, accessories of power transformer along with their GAD will be submitted through CWE for approval of the Accepting Office before procurement action. 4. Pre dispatch inspection at the factory premises of OEM shall be carried out by nominated rep of Accepting Officer. The arrangement for pre dispatch factory inspection & testing of Power Transformer will be responsibility of the contractor & cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

5. Pre-commisioning of power transformer and 66 KV Network by state electricity board /PSPCL shall also be got carried out within overall cost quoted. 6. Pre -commisioning & Testing shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE WC within overall cost quoted. 7. All parts and accessories, fittings necessary for efficient operation of 66/11 KV Power Transformer shall be deemed to be within the scope of specifiction wheather mentioned or not specifically mentioned here in.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing, Out door type SF-6 circuit breaker, three pole operation as per IEC -62271-100, complete with all accessories including SF6 gas suitable for 66 KV system volt 3 phase, 50 Hz and of the following technical specifications complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying and connecting up copper strandard control cable in ducts fro 66 KV yard to Panel room, 4 Sqmm 12 Core as per the manufacurer design complete all as specified as directed to comply the site requirements, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Control cable shall be supported with aluminum spacers and saddles in the ducts.(ii) Termination and ferruling shall be done as per approved wiring scheme.(iii) Identification tages shall be provided in the starting and finishing end of the cable at an interval of 5 meter through out the cable length.(iv) Suitable copper thimbles and lugs are to be provided for marking the connection to the terminals.

All as per tiem No 14 above but of size size 2.5 Sqmm 4 Core, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/Dismantling old unserviceable power transformer of capacity 5 MVA along with connected items complete from site and deposite to MES store yard including necessery transportation and T&P required at site, complete all as specified and directed.
