Contd/ serial item no. 1.00 of BoQ: Control AMF Panel : Panel made of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick including necessary arrangement to Install, Testing and Commissioning & connecting to load cable up to changeover switch, suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB complete all as per OEM recommendation. AMF panel shall consist of PLC (AMF controller ) DSE 6120 MKIII as per DG set OEM Contd to serial item no.1.04 of BoQ

Contd/ serial item no. 1.00 of BoQ: Acoustic Enclosure : M & L for acoustic enclosure (canopy) for the above 75 KVA DG Set to reduce noise level to 75 dB (A) measured at 1.0 metre distance for audible frequencies as approved from CPCB IV+ for emission compliance as per Central Pollution Control Board norms of suitable size as per manufacturer's specification and comprising of following :-(i)Acoustic Enclosure made CRCA sheets in munsel green shade and a structural / sheet metal base frame panted in black (ii) High quality noise absorbant and fire -retardant grade acoustoic Insulation material (P.U Foam) complying to IS 8183(iii)Two point lifting for easy handling (iv)Air inlet louvers (v)Tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to with stand extreme enviroment.(vi) Fluid drains for lube oil & fuel (vii)Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure.Contd to serial item no.1.05 of BoQ

Contd/ serial item no. 1.00 of BoQ: Note :- (i) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Circulation system to achieve desired inside temperature of acoustic enclosure, if required shall be provided as per OEM recommendation. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for testing run at site for two days / 12 Hours per day as specified in clause 31.1 of Particular specifications-II and IS requirements in presence E/M Officer as detailed in terms of clause 31.1 of Particular specifications-II , all testing arrangements/ equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests . (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of lubricant oil, DHPP for 12 hours testing and final successful acceptance test. (v) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (vi) Design / drawing of the AMF panel & DG SET showing the dimensions is to be obtained from DG SET/ panel board manufacturer / supplier & is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge/GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (vii) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the AMF panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc can be done of both SEB mains & DG mains. (viii)The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil & final successful acceptance test. Contd to serial item no.1.06 of BoQ

Contd/ serial item no. 1.00 of BoQ: (ix)All civil works including PCC platform and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load resistive for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine driven generating set fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 200 KVA /160KW (CRDI), 243.3 BHP, CPCB-IV+ Norms continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts , AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ ,1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads & other accessories etc.including the followings: (i) Std. Auto mains failure Panel (Outdoor AMF Panel) , Silencer, Fuel Tank, Inbuilt AVM Pads (ii) DG Set in Acoustic, First Fill of Lube oil, Battery with Leads. Contd/ serial item no. 2.00 of BoQ: Control AMF Panel : AMF panel should be outdoor type for automatic transfer of supply as per DG Set OEM.AMF panel shall consist of PLC (AMF controller ) DSE 6120 MKIII as per DG set OEM .Contd to serial item no.2.04 of BoQ

Contd/ serial item no. 2.00 of BoQ: (ix)All civil works including PCC platform and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load resistive for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Notes for serial item Nos. 1.00 & 2.00 of Schedule 'A' BoQ (i) Contratctor shall submit the orignal purchase vouchers, Test certifcates and maufacturer's booklet/broucher instruction of operating the DG Set to the Engineer-in-charge. (ii) If contractor fails to deposit orignal purchase vouchers, Test certifcates and maufacturer's booklet/broucher instruction of operating the DG Set to the Engineer-in-charge no payment shall be made to contractor in RAR/ Final Bill .

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.00mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part - I and earth lead protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40 mm bore (ISI marked) up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode , including, earthing plate shall be surrounded by alternative layers 15cm thick of charcoal and common all around bottom and top , necessary earth work and excavation in soft/loose soil , form work, GI medium grade 20mm bore watering pipe (ISI Marked) with funnel and wire mesh, 40mm thick chamber made with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ,cover slab made with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 Design mix ,edges covered with and including 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer with and including 8mm dia TMT bars at 75mm c/c both ways with MS Hook of 12mm dia MS bars, etc , all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:- (i) Earth continuity of galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6 mm including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode will be included in unit rate, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The rate of earth work in soft/loose soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal, form work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (iv) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately)

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cable not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning filling in, approved soft/loose soil, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing excavated material(soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directedc at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.
