Material and Labour for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces and external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

Material and Labour for Preparation existing of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10.00 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceilings surfaces over & including one coat of interior emulsion primer @ 10.00 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using the brands of interior emulsion paint and interior emulsion primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Material and Labour for for complete removal of existing treatment, preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description/section/trusses/purlins, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Material and Labour for for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make : Make : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing surfaces and applying 01 coat of exterior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 10.00 sq.m/litre/1 coat by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including one coat of exterior emulsion primer @ 11.00 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using the brands of exterior emulsion paint and exterior emulsion primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge..

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for Cement plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces walls/soffits chajjas/parapet walls etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing surfaces of external walls / RCC surfaces /soffits of chajjas / roof projections / cantilevers / balcony etc. and applying 01 coat of cement base paint (colour of shade as approved by GE) with highlighter , @ 7.00 sq.m/Kg/1 coat over & including one coat of exterior wall cement primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement base paint by using the brands of cement base paint and exterior wall cement primer by using brush or roller makes as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for Cement plastering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of existing treated surfaces on walls and applying 01 coat of interior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 20.00 sq.m/litre/1 coat by using roller to wall surfaces including filling acrylic wall care putty in depressions, sand papering etc and making the surface smooth and applying one coat of interior emulsion primer @ 10.00 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using the brands of interior emulsion paint and interior emulsion primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note :- The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of external walls / Pillars/ cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and RCC surfaces /soffits of chajjas / roof projections / cantilevers / balcony etc. and applying 02 coats of cement base paint (colour of shade as approved by GE) with highlighter , @ 5.00 sq.m/Kg/2 coats over & including one coat of exterior wall cement primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement base paint by using the brands of cement base paint and exterior wall cement primer by using brush or roller makes as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from internal and external surfaces of walls/soffits / chajjas/parapet walls /ceiling etc .incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
