Supply & Fixing in repair 15 mm dia ISI Mark bore chromium plated long body with wall flanges bib taps cast copper alloy, screwed for iron pipe, or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) P Trap white clour (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white clour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws and plug for fixing WC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour prepration of internal surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits and applying acrylic wall care putty on (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc and with and including applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including one coat of interior emulsion primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using the brands of interior emulsion paint and interior emulsion primer as described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.

Material and labour for Waterproofing treatment to sunken floor using acrylic based multipurpose polymer. The treatment shall be carried out as per manufactures specification. The treatment shall be include of the following elements also: 1. Surface preparation of substrate by removing all traces of contaminates, loose and friable particles, cement laitance oils and grease, water repellent coatings etc 2. Injection grouting using cementitious grout if required. The payment for injection grouting shall be made separately etc 3. Repair to the substrate, filling of blow holes/voids and surface leveling using appropriate products specified by the manufacture. 4. All intersections of horizontal and vertical surface should be profiled with a mortar fillet of minimum 25mm x 25mm. 5. The moisture content of the substrate shall be checked before application of first coat at water proof coating at the rate of 200 g/m2 followed brush topping at 450g/m2 per mm. The second coat shall be reinforced with glass fabric between the first and second coat. 6. The treatment shall be protected by application of polymer modified cement mortar of thickness 10mm applied at the rate of 50g per mm. 7. Tech specification : Tensile adhesion strength 0.5N/Sqmm (as bonding slurry).

Supply & Fixing in repair 110mm dia PVC SWR Type B floor trap with grating incluing jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7.5 mm to 8.5mm thick 600mm x 300mm size in verticle surface over and including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and Fixing 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) type B ring fited pipes single socket in any length with Stack clamps as shown in BTD Drg No. 916 sheet 1/4 to 4/4 and BTD -917 sheet 1/1 of stays to wall at a distance of 100-120mm away from walls including Taking down old AC eaves gutters and rainwater pipes ( of any size and pattern), including all fittings, compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in-charge.

Material and labour for Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures plaster 15mm thick (Average thickness) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions with and including skim coat as directed by Engineer-in-charge and including necessary scaffolding as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under serial item No. 31.00 of Schedule 'A' BoQ here-in-after. (ii) The labour element for laying of Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) The rate of providing and laying skim coat as directed by Engineer -in-charge is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iv) The rate of scaffolding is also included in this item if required at site and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair 110 mm dia of PVC SWR Type B P trap with grating incluing jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in slab at the interval of 300 mm or as directed by Enginner-in-charge in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing PVC SWR Type-B P trap size 32mm bore ,300mm long for wash basins with inlet and outlet including necessary packing, union and cap and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm bore CPVC pipe SDR 11and plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing GI tubing 20mm bore pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of newly exterior plastered / concrete surface of wall / Pillars / cornices and applying acrylic wall care putty on (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc and with and including and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including one coat of exterior emulsion primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using the brands of exterior emulsion paint and exterior emulsion primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Material & Labour for anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floors and skirting etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing ) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Serial item Nos. 8.00, 10.00,11.00,13.00,14.00,15.00,16.00,18.00,19.00 , 20.00, 21.00, 22.00 & 23.00 of BoQ:- 1. All old unservicable material obtained from serial item Nos.8.00, 10.00,11.00,13.00,14.00,15.00,16.00,18.00,19.00 , 20.00, 21.00, 22.00 & 23.00 of BoQ shall be deposited in the store yard of concerned Engineer-in-charge of GE South Bathinda by the contractor at his own arrangment as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Nothing shall be paid extra to contractor on this account.

Supply & Fixing 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) Type B bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Branch pieces, PVC SWR Type B single 110 mm bore, equal or unqual, (Y, T, etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 10mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including taking down old plaster all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout for column, beam and roof slab having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength = 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM D 695; Tensile Strength = 30 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv ) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed
