Supply & Fixing sheet glass 4.00 mm thick ordinary quality ,fixing with oil putty to wooden or steel surface of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

Supply & Fixing figured glass 4.00 mm thick pin head type and glazingwith oil putty in square of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

Supply & fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confoRunning Metering to 15.733 and 15 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, Including Grills of windows all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (1) Weight of aluminium sections, aluminium cleat angles, Aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws ( is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (During considering the weighing of aluminium sections, aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading, the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measuRunning Meterents and payments, only the weight of the aluminium sections, aluminium cleat angles, Aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measuRunning Meterent and payment shall be made accourdingly. (iv) Glazing/Paneling shall be measured and paid seperately. (v) During the weighing of aluminium sections, aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply & fixing 5.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares not exceeding 0.5Square Meter in each pane and fixed with oil putty etc. as required or as directed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium composite panel sheet 4 mm thick (ACP Sheet) used in aluminium partition or aluminium door fitted in frame including fixing arrangements complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of New plastered/ concrete surface of wall/Pillars/cornices and applying 2mm thick wall care putty to complete surface of wall to make the surface smooth and even by using sander Machine (With provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of oil emulsion paint (with roller brush ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surface of wall / Pillars / cornices and applying 1.5mm- 2.5mm thick one coat of cement based wall care putty to complete surface of wall to make the surface even and smooth by using sander Machine (With provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade), as approved tint/colour by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 10mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or concrete surface of ceiling by sand papering or by the other mean and after preparing the surfaces and applying two coat of white wash with (paint brush /with roller ) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 Meter mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing frame work as in door and gate of angle, guard bar,railing or other section fixing sheet or other covering door etc and hanging also fastening and fixing complete. (Fe-410) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
