Material & Labour for premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not more than 75mm) with paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix laid rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for laying bituminous premixed semi-dense aphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-10) of paving bitumen with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and rolling to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surface, laying, rolling, consolidating 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and rolled with pressure roller and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to achieve a uniform smooth surface with Pneumatic vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mix shall be prepared in Hot mix plant as per job mix formula obtained from authorised testing lab and laying will be done by mechanical paver.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in semi dense asphaltic concrete well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) and compacted to required gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and marking broken centre line /side lines / Zebra lines, dashes, arrows etc. on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed.
