Construction of following Pre-Engineering Building of total area 5836 Sqm as per the layout plan enclosed including supply, installation, testing, commissioning RCC foundation, Sub Structure, plinth, Plinth Protection, Pre-engineering Structural Steel, Roofing, super structure & other civil works, internal partitions, doors, windows, fitting & fixtures, painting, Artwork, Stainless steel railing, false ceiling, electrical works sanitary, plumbing, water supply and other facilities including Toilets as per the layout with all fitting and fixtures, wash basin, water closet, mirrors, urinals, WC, complete plumbing and sanitary work, flooring, wall tiling, false ceiling, painting etc. with structures complete and good for the habitat as per the design & drawing vetted by IIT and approved by LPAI, Scope of work and technical specification attached. (a) Office + Jawan Barrack (G+2) for 150 Jawans (b) Officers/SO/Mahila Barrack (G+2) (c) LPAI/Custom/Immigration Staff (G+2) (d) Office/Officers accommodation/Dormitory for rent (G+2)

Site Development (levelling, earth filling etc), Internal Roads 2000 Sqm (GSB 30 CM/WMM 30 CM, DBM,7.5 & BC 4 CM), CC Paver Block 100 mm thick M-40 over GSB 30 CM/WMM 30 CM & 5 cm Sand Bed for Parking area 2000 Sqm, M-25 Kerbs Stones, Footpaths 1.5 m wide both side along road ,Hard Standing etc.

Landscaping & Horticulture works for 1500 Sqm with Water fountain as shown in the layout plan

2.1 meter height Boundary wall (800 m) with precast RCC column & 2.4 meter long and 250 mm wide & 100 mm thick precast RCC horizontal panels having required foundation footings and 600 mm height Concertina Coil over Boundary wall including necessary fitting like angle iron etc. Boundary wall also include Required / Guard Rooms/Morchas including main Gate to enter/exit in to the Jawan Barrack Area, VIP Guest Room/Dormitory and other Accommodations from National Highway.

Miscellaneous Works viz. Bore well, Under Ground Static Tank, Soak pit, septic tank, RWH (civil work), Strom water drainage etc. as per requirement and design/drawing approved by IIT

Pre-engineered/ pre-fabricated framed structure buildings with Light Gauge Framing Structure (LGFS) for Walls – Electrical Substation, complete in all respect as per requirement and design/drawing approved by IIT.

Providing and fixing Bed in Residential Accommodation as per layout drawings with 40 x 25 mm MS pipe frame as per design. However, the Accepting Authority shall be the sole judge in this regard and does not bind himself to accept the lowest offer or to give any reason for its decision. design, pipe frame is covered with 12 mm BWR Ply screwed to frame. Bed is finished with 2 or more coats of enamel paint including primer and base as to the satisfaction of EIC. Size of Bed is 7’x3’ complete.

Providing & Fixing Dinning Chair and Dining table of size 10’x3’ with base frame and legs made from 50x50 mm SS Pipes as per design. The Top to have 18 mm BWR Ply finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved colour. The edges finished with 2mm PVC matching tapes. The table to have level adjuster etc complete in all respect in Dining halls of all buildings as per layout plan

Providing & Fixing curtain rod 25 mm dia with hooks and end pieces complete with hanging arrangements in all residential accommodations.

Providing & Fixing (in all residential building as per layout plan) full height cupboards 450 mm deep, shutters and frame made with 19 mm BWR Ply, finished with laminate (texture/decorative) shelves to be 19 mm thick BWR ply at approx.. 450 mm distance, back with 6 mm BWR ply finished with laminate both side. All edges to have 2 mm PVC edge bindings matching to laminate tape, complete including SS (150 mm) long handles magnetic catchers, hinges, locks etc (Dorma, Hettich, Ozone). The items includes interior to be finish with 0.80 mm white colour laminate complete to the satisfaction of EIC

ELECTRICAL WORKS (Designing, Supplying, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Handing over back to LPAI)

Sub-station work i/c DG sets as per requirement & design with AMF panels, Transformers, HT & LT Panels, Capacitor Bank, Earthing and Lightning protection etc vetted by IIT.

Internal and External EI, Light & power plug points, etc in complete residential building as per approved drawings plan vetted by IIT.

Providing, fixing, erection, installation & Commissioning of 03 Nos 20 m high mast light including LED lights with complete fitting & Fixtures including Foundation as per approved design & drawing vetted by IIT.

Providing, fixing, erection, installation & Commissioning of 20 Nos 9 m high Street light poles including LED lights with complete fitting & Fixtures including Foundation as per approved design & drawing vetted by IIT.

Water Supply System/ Public Health Engineering i/c Pumps, starters, RO system etc as per requirement of residential accommodation as per approved design & drawings vetted by IIT

Supply & fixing of sufficient Portable fire extinguisher of approved make and capacity and per approved design vetted by IIT .

Supply, Installation, commissioning, testing of STP as per requirement & design with complete fitting & fixtures (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and hydraulic components) all as required for complete functioning

Signages

Designing, providing and fixing Signages (number and size as per requirement of site)

Fire Fighting System

Designing, providing and fixing firefighting system as per requirement of site

Security

Designing, providing and fixing CCTV including monitoring panels, Talk back/ PA System etc. as per requirement of site.

Note 1: All works to be carried out as per conceptual drawings/ design intent enclosed with tender documents with all materials, labour, T & P, machinery, equipment, consumables, deployment of suitable supervisory personnel, testing, etc. complete and completed based on approved architectural, structural drawings, specifications, design parameters and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from the concerned authorities. 2.
