The similar works can be any combination of Buildings, Roads, Driveway, Boundary Wall, Steel Structure, Retaining wall, Petroleum or Gas Installations, or Retail outlets. For evaluation, the value of completed work is considered as follows:
- Three similar completed works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 71.64 Lacs.
- Two similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 95.52 Lacs.
- One similar completed work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 119.40 Lacs. The bidder must submit valid proof for meeting the criteria, including contract documents, completion certificates, and certificates from a Chartered Accountant. Additionally, experience requirements for engineers are also specified:
- 3 years of experience for an engineer for projects with a value of 50-200.
- 5 years of experience for an engineer, along with 2 years and 1 year of experience for other engineers, for projects with a value of 200-500.
- 8 years of experience for an engineer, along with 4 years and 2 years of experience for other engineers, for projects with a value of more than 500. The bidder needs to provide information on similar work completed as a main contractor or sub-contractor during the last seven years, including details such as description of work, client name and address, contact person, email ID, work order or purchase order reference number, date, and amount. The bidder also needs to submit a schedule of rates or scope of works document and turnover criteria, including financial information for the last three financial years. The bidder's experience can be used from a company taken over by the bidder or from the business vertical taken over by the bidder.
