Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanised @120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T"of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T"at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T"of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texturein the grid including, required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runner to be suspended from ceilings using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with falvanised butterfuly level clips of size 85x30xx0.8mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heifhts as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

GI Metal Ceiling lay in perforated Tefular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595mm and 2.5mm thick with 8mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation and backed with a black glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Dismantling steel work in build up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, sutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and shifting of same to Main campus including cost of loading, transportation and unloading at designated place.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and shifting of same to main campus including cost of loading, transportation and unloading at designaged place.

Dismantling, transportation (including loading and unloading) from Transit Campus to Main Campus and installation of dismantled prefabricated sandwich pantel - PUF Panel in wall, ceiling, doors, windows and ventilators including installation of necessary fittings, including all taxes and statutory approvals. Work shall be carried out as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
