All as per description of serial item no.1 here in before but outsourcing Services by deploying well experienced ,behaved and disciplined 01 sweeper for single shit of 8 Hours from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in –Charge.

NOTES APPLICABLE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 1 & 2 (a) Cleaniness of swimming pool installation and entire installation area includes regular de-slugging of swimming pool with suction sweeper daily as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cleaning of filltered water delivery channel in swimming pool . Cleaning of complete permises of swimming pool with descaling liquid by taking out RCC slab cover etc. (Size of swimming pool 50 x 21 Mtr) and diving pool size 16x 16 Mtr. Waste retrieved during cleaniness to be dumped upto lead of 50 mtr from the premises of pool or as directed by Engineer in Charge. (b) Cleaning of underground sump balancing tank size 4.5 mtr dia and 5 mtr depth including scraping out the unwanted material in the well, bailing out sludge water of the tank complete all as directed . (Balancing tank to be cleaned at the time of completion). (c) All safety equipments required for handling of chloronome plant, chlorine gas container shall be the responsibility of contractor and staff deployed by the contractor shall be fully trained for handling the chlorine equipments and chlorine container installed at the swimming pool .The necessary preventive equipment/T&P to the deployed persons shall be provided by the Contractor. (d) Swimming pool to be cleaned by means of suction sweeper daily morning and evening as directed .Daily record of cleaning shall be maintained failing which panel recovery of Rs 300/- for shift shall be made from the dues.

(e) The person shall be deployed after police verification and shall possess a valid ID Proof. They have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendance will be done by JE/Engr -in-charge .If the deployed person is not efficient/ performing the job as given above and remain absent from duty without intimation or valid reason or found misbehaving and indiscipline , He will be removed /disallowed from the duty \with 7 days prior notice . A recovery @ quoted rate of particular trade per day shall be affected on this account and the person will be considered absent. (f) Every trade man must have complete tool kit bag containing all the tools provided by the contractor. Tool kit bag with tools provided by the contractor will be inspected by Engr in charge randomly , if he fails to provide tools kit with tools at the time of inspection recovery @1000/- per day will be effected on this account by the Engr in charge. Required stores/items shall be provided by the department. (g) Proper uniform, name badge and safety shoes as approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be worn by workers on duty. If any worker found in improper uniform and or found without proper name badge contractor shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of Rs 500.00 per shift of 8 hours per person and the employee will be considered absent for the full day/shift.

(h) Worker on duty shall not be allowed to leave the Installation/site/office without reliever. If any worker is found absent from duty a recovery of Rs. 200/- per hour per person for the period of absence will be made from the contractor (j) Contractor shall employ qualified tradesmen with two years experience in the skilled/highly skilled trade. Contractor shall submit documents of deployed manpower along with qualification/Experience certificate within 10 days from the date of commencement of work to GE/AGE (I) duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge . Contractor shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of Rs 500.00 per person per day if required qualification/Experience certificates of deployed manpower not submitted after 10 days from the date of commencement of work. (k) Duty roaster for deployment of manpower installation wise shall be prepared by the contractor and submitted to Engineer-in-Charge for verification. Compliance of payment of minimum fair wages register duly verified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be submitted before claiming any RAR. Non compliance of above said requirement will lead to non payments and the contractor shall be solely responsible for the same. (l) The Rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government / Local body whichever is higher incl all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable.

(m) The Firms’s claims in bills regarding ESI, EPF, and Services Tax should be accompanied by documentary proof pertaining to the previous month’s bill. A requisite portion of the bill i.e RAR/Final Bill amount shall be held up till such proof is furnished at the discretion of the GE. (n) The firm shall submit proof of payment given to workers and endorse a copy to Engineer-in-Charge, showing the details of payments, deductions (incl all statutory deductions) and net amount with requisite challans in each case/person indicating PF number, ESI card detail etc. (o) Area upto 25 metre around the installations shall be maintained by cleaning , grass cutting etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rates quoted by contractor shall deem to include this aspect . Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. In case area is not cleaned by contractor around the installation recovery @ Rs. 3000/- per month/per installation shall be made from contractor. (p) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of pump casing and impeller including filling glands (jam dori) to avoid leakage.

(q) Contractor shall also be responsible for proper chlorination of water, maintain record of chlorination and log sheet and collect the chlorination chemical and DHPP(N) from the MES store (JE E/M) well in advance for proper operation. (r) The stores as required for compliance will be requested well in advance and no claim on account of any delay will be admissible. (s) The order of precedence shall be as under in case of conflicting /contradictory provisions: - (i) BOQ including Sch ‘A’ notes. (ii) Particular specifications (iii) Buyer added bid specific additional terms & conditions (iv) Buyer added bid specific terms & conditions (v) Special Conditions (vi) General conditions (Gem)

Supply and mixing TCC 90 (Trichloro Isocyanuric Acid) in white granular form to disinfectant for swimming pool of supper quality contains chlorine 90 % duly packed in 50 kg sealed drum complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge as and approved by GE.

Note- Engineer-in-Charge shall verify the authenticity and genuineness of PVs and TCs before forwarding Contractor’s claim of payment. Supply of chemical shall not be accepted without production of these documents and No payment shall be made.

Supply and mixing alum white non industrial top quality for sedimentation of impurities in water complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and mixing Hydrochloric Acid (HCL).

M&L rewinding of electric motor,3 phase 415 volt 10HP with super enamelled copper conductor of guage equal or more to existing complete duly varnished, baking, providing insulation paper etc. including taking out burnt winding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and butter fly valve 150 mm complete fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :

(i) Bidders must quote an overall rate for the services (Manning and Operation), which includes the supply and repair items specified above. Accordingly bidders are expected to acccount for their profit margin within these rates to carry out the required repair and supply services .

(iI) In view of above, payment will be made exclusively under the Manning and Operation items
