The bidder should have regularly manufactured and supplied same Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company for 3 years before the bid opening date. The bidder is also required to have experience of constructing the same type of structure for any Govt agency/ CPSU in the past 2 years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience/performance certificate of supply & construction of same or similar project issued by any Government Organization/CPSU/Public listed company having 50% of the Bid Value. The bidder shall have in his establishment to be deployed on site for execution of work, one Graduate Engineer with minimum experience of 02 years or one Diploma Engineer with minimum experience of 04 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed is not less than 50% of the tender value for the past performance certificate. The OEM Turn Over requirement is that the minimum average annual financial turnover of the OEM of the offered product during the last three years should be 300% of the bid value every year. The bidder needs to provide a Past Performance Summary Certificate, which includes details of similar works completed in the last three financial years, along with the quantity, amount, and unit of work delivered.
