Front Gable Wall , Front Gable Wall Y The front gable wall fixed will be of ht 2 point 44m at the centre 2 point 33m height at the extreme ends and a width of 2 point 44m The wall will have the front side gable wall hinged onto it on one side which would open outwards The wall will be made of RHS of size 50mm x 50mm x 2mm The wall will have a metallic door of size 2 point 06m x 0 point 91m

Front Side Gable Wall , Front Side Gable Wall V2 Front Side gable wall of ht 2 point 44m at Containarised Mob Shelter fixed end and 2 point 30m at extreme ends and width of 2 point 30m The front side gable wall can be opened with the help of six hinges of MS 100mm x 50mm in dia on each wall hinged to the front gable wall The wall will be made of RHS of size 33mm x 33mm x 2mm

Rear Side Gable Wall , Rear Side Gable Wall V1 The Rear Side gable wall of ht 2 point 44m at the Containarised Mob Shelter fixed end 2 point 30m at the extreme ends and width of gable wall of 2 point30m The rear side gable wall can be opened with the help of six hinges of MS 100 mm x 50mm in diameter on each wall hinged to the rear gable wall The wall will be made of RHS of size 33mm x 33mm x 2 mm

Side Wall , Side Wall W Side wall of ht 2 point 13m and width of 5 point 18m The side wall will be openable Upwardswith the help of seven hinges hinges of MS 100mm x 50mm in dia on each wall hinged to the floor The wall will be made of RHS of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm The wall will have a metallic door of size 2 point 06m x 0 point 91m

Side Roof , Side Roof The side roof panel of size 2 point 44m x 5 point 18m will be hinged to the top centre roof with seven hinges which can be open able sideways outside The frame will be made of RHS of size 37mmx 37mm x 2mm

Centre Roof , Centre Roof Centre roof of size 2 point 44m x 5 point 18m will be fixed and will have the side roof panel hinged to it with hinges The frame will be made of RHS of size 50mmx 50mm x 2 mm

Floor , Floor Floor of size 23 point 46m x 5 point 18m to cover the entire Containarised Mob Containarised Mob Shelter The floor will be on two panels of the vehicles a side panel hinged to the centre panel withseven hinges open able downwards Each panel will be of 5 point 18m x 2 point 30m hinged to centre panel of size 5 point 18m x 2 point 44mThe floor will be made of RHS 60mm x 60mm x 2 mm Floor of the Containarised Mob Shelter is to be made using MS pipe of 60mm x 60mm frame So that it takes more strength on the floor After the pipe frame structure 12 mm thick waterproof Plywoodis to be fitted with a steel screw heavy duty to the steel section They should be tightened with steel screws After overlapping the plywood on the floor a 1 point 5mm thick PVC carpet is to be pasted with the help of industrial grade adhesive on the inner side of the PVC carpet

Thermal Insulation , Thermal Insulation All internal walls and roof to be provided with 4mm Aluminium Composite Panel Sheets finished covering an approximate surface area of 920 Sqft In addition internal insulation to be done using a Rockwool slab of 48 or 50 mm thick conforming to IS 4671 to 1984 type 1 with a density of 40 kg or cum duly pasted on the steel sheet with the help of industrial grade adhesive conforming to IS 4835 to 1979 on the inner side of the Containarised Mob Shelter in the floor roof andside walls of the Containarised Mob Shelter for proper insulation

Hinges , Factory made specially designed hinges to be provided for the side wall floor and roof of the Containarised Mob Shelter

Painting , All steel members are to be painted with two base coats of red oxide of Make Asian Paints or Berger or Dulux of First quality

External Finishing , External finishes to have three colour camouflaged paint as per pattern given by the unit over base coat Paint will be of Make Asian Paints or Berger or Dulux as per BIS specifications

Mannual Jack System , Manual Jack System 35 x Manual jacks of size 1 point 70m to be provided on to extended side of the Containarised Mob Shelter The jacks should be designed to take a load of 2 tons each

Erection , Erection The manual system for opening and closing the Containarised Mob Shelters is to be placed on the roof of the Containarised Mob Shelter with arms of 10mm thick MS steel braided wire attached to the roof panel through a clamping system for allowing the side wall to lift Heavy duty winch system to be used with SWR wire The system is to be fixed permanently on the roof of the Containarised Mob Shelter The SWR wire is to be hooked into the floor base Provision for manual jacks should be made for the level adjustment up to 300mm of the side extension floor The side walls of the Containarised Mob Shelter are to be lifted manually and placed under the roof panels Gable walls 2 Nos on each side to be swung outwards and fixed with the side walls through a nut and bolt system When the vehicles are in the open condition opened from both sides the roofs of both the vehicles are combined together from one side in such a position that they overlapeach other so that no gap to be seen when they are in joining position One support is to be given to both the roofs from the floor for extra support When 4 x veh are placed adjacent to each other it should provide a conference hall of 23 point 46m x 5 point 18m

Hydraulic Jacks , 4 Nos of hydraulic jacks of size 7 inch with box channel 120mm x 120mm x 5mm for front and rear portion of Containarised Mob Shelter shall be provided on all four corners of the container front two jacks should be sliding The jacks should be designed to take load of 20 tons All hydraulic pipelines should be of 5800 PSI working pressure capacity Hydraulic pump should be of 4 litre oil capacity Distributor of IMDL ten with 20 litres capacity lever to control jack and DV Direction Valve to be provided to control the pressure of jacks Oil tank of 55 ltrs capacity to be provided Oil to be used should be of Make hydraulic 68 grades 01 x pumping rod of 35mm of CK grade of 32 hardness and 25 micron chrome polish A proper enclosure to be provided on the rear side of the container for the hydraulic system Motorized pump system to be installed which can be used where electric supply is there to make the erection process fast Base plate of jacks of size 2 feet x 2 feet and thickness 8 mm MS plate shall be provided for each jack The hydraulic system shall be based on pump and lever action in addition to electric motorised pumps for contingency

Auto loading or unloading arrangement , Auto Loading Unloading Arrangement Hydraulic jacks four in numbers to be fixed permanently at all four corners for the proper balance and lifting of the container to a max height of 5 feet vehicle height from GL is 4 point 5 feet allowing the vehicle to move out from beneath the container The hydraulic jacks at the front side of the container to be placed on a slider system allowing the jacks to slide outside creating a gap of min 1feet on both sides

Arrangement for transportation , Arrangement for Transportation The container to be based on a TATRA vehicle having all temporary arrangements removed creating a plain surface or platform for the container to be mounted No permanent modification to be done on the vehicle Provn should be made for Clamping arrangements 3 Nos on each side of 8 mm thick plate L type attached to the body of the container allowing it to be attached through S type adjustable and removable clamp of 8mm thick MS plate on the body channel of the TATRA with 12mm nut and bolt

Closing of Deployed Container , Closing of Deployed Container The procedures for closing the deployed container is as given below Remove the railing of map boards from the extended portion of the container and install the same railing in the centre portion Push all the map boards from outer portion to the centre of the container Align all the map boards in the railing of centre portion and locked it Unlock the U bolt lock at four corner of the container Push out four sides so that they are out from roof panel Hold the roof panel and put down side panel on extended floor Engage the winch rope to four corner hooks of extended floor and pull it up until it sets into a slot at the side of centre portion hooks After locking the extended base to centre portion lower the extended portion roof and lock it TATRA to main chassis of the container Lock all four sides to base and top of the container Close the door of the container Start the power pack and raise the container 5feet above the ground level Drive in the vehicle in and lower the containers slowly using jacks on the vehicle floor

Electrification , Electrification Cables to be used should be of Havels or Crompton Greaves or equivalent fire retardant 1 point 5mm cable to be used in all light pts and 2 point 5mm cable to be used in power points LED panels of 9inchx 9inch x 22 watt 30 Nos of concealed LED 9inch X 9inch of 22 watts to be placed on all the extendable and fixed roofs of the Containarised Mob Shelter Two adjustable Map Lights be provided which will be mounted on channels All switches to be used should be of 6 Amp modular type of Havells or Anchor or Crompton Greaves or equivalent Eight power points of 16 Amp socket and switch combination of Make General Electric or Havells or Crompton Greaves or equivalent to be provided of modular type Main distribution box 8 way double door with MCB to be provided Conduits will be provided for cabling in the Containarised Mob Shelter All electric work shall be done with concealed PVC conduits or casing caping For the continuity of all electric wires and cables throughout the jointed Containarised Mob Shelters suitable arrangement shall be made to connect and disconnect all electric wires and cable whenever containers are required to be assembled or separated from each other The conduits will be provided as given below

Electrification Contd , One conduit will carry electric wires for the electrification of the Containarised Mob Shelter The second conduit will house the cable for the Video Projection System The third conduit will carry telephone cablesIn addition to above mentioned three circuits it may be noted that no circuit will have more than 800 Watts of load In case the load exceeds 800 W a separate circuit shall be provided The miniature circuit breaker provided shall conform to IS 8828 to 1978 specifications for AC Circuits for voltage not exceeding 1000V The earthing lead shall consist of insulated stranded conductor The earthing structure should be equipped with suitable mobile earthing equipment so that it can be provided whenever required to the ground from 1 point 5 mm copper earth wire Whenever the load fed is more than 1KW the same shall be controlled by an isolator switch or miniature circuit breaker

Welding , Welding All mild steel joints shall be properly welded using MIG Welding as per IS 823 to 1964 and IS 816 to 1976

Screws and Fastners , Screws and Fasteners All screws and fasteners shall be of aluminium alloy or cadmium plated iron unless otherwise conforming to IS 2412 to 1975

Tool Kit , Tool Kit All necessary tools spanner sets screw driver sets pliers hammers etc required for loading unloading and erection of the Containerized Mob Shelter shall be provided by the vendor

Warranty , Warranty Vendor shall provide 24 months warranty against any defects that come in the notice from the date of handing over the Containarised Mob Shelter to the buyer Vendor shall rectify the defects notified to him within 72 hrs from the time of intimation

Minor additions or omissions or changes , Minor additions or omissions or changes on location of doors windows electrical fittings Containarised Mob Shelter internal fittings etc will be at the discretion of the buyer and same will be carried out by vendor without any additional cost at the time of the execution In case of any mismatch or deviations from specifications or doubts during execution the decision of HoD of the buyer shall be final and binding

Accessories , Accessories The following accessories will be provided 4 x 2 ton split AC of make GODREJ or VOLTAS or LLOYD or equivalent 4 x wall mounted Fans 300mm ISI marked Arrangements for mounting 02 x Projector System on the roof shall be provided 4 x Handheld Fire Extinguishers of Make Ceasefire or equivalent brand ISI mark of capacity 1 point 0 kg will be provided Adequate map board lights on hinges for adjustment of light will be provided on an aluminium channel of suitable size The lights will be placed in a manner that the lights are folded once the Field Technical Containarised Mob Shelter is closed down
