The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years. The bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three years. Additionally, the bidder must have experience of rendering similar services in Govt/Semi Govt. Departments for at least five Project/Works costing not less than Rs. 2.00 crores at current prices.
