The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of the work in any one of the last three years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works with values not less than the specified percentages of the estimated cost, which are 80%, 50%, or 40%. For works above Rs. 10 Crore, the bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including the type of works, location, value, and duration of the contract. They should also provide an undertaking that their available bid capacity is more than the total value of their financial bid, for works above Rs. 1.00 Crore. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost of the current work, or have completed at least two works of similar nature and complexity, with a value of at least 25% of the estimated cost of the current work each. The bidder must also provide information on their financial standing and access to lines of credit, which should be at least 10% of the contract value. They should also provide evidence of having a minimum cash investment of 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work.
