Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured UG aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 part 1 with up-to-date amendment of the following size as required. 4 x 16 sq. mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of AMF control panel suitable for 30 KVA silent type DG Set. The Panel shall be surface/wall mounted, metal clad cubicle type in construction, to form a compact assembly in dust/ damp and vermin proof type. The thickness of sheet steel members shall not be less than 1.5 mm for cold roll steel.AMF panel shall be complete with all accessories such as contactor/MCCBs having sufficent rating,2 Pole 2 way Selector switch,3 pole 2 way selector switch,Indicator,Battery charger, AMF relays etc. for auto changeover supply from Grid to DG set and vice-sersa.Electrical Protection shall be provided through Numerical relays.Suitable rating of MCCB with over-load and short -circuit protection shall be mounted in the Control Panel for the isolation loads.MCBs shall be provided for the isolation/protection of control circuit. Inclusive of Transport to Site and Unloading at site.30.0 KVA

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 4 X 16 sq. mm (28 mm)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1 mm thick saddle)

Supply Installation testing and commissioning of 160 A 4P On-Load Changeover Switches in steel sheet enclosure along extended operating handle as conforming to IEC 60947.3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as foundation for the DG set.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I, nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

DG SET AND AMF PANEL DG & AMF Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ,three Phase, 415 V AC, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF, Silent DG Set of rating 30.0 KVA comprising of Engine coupled with alternator of suitable make mounted on a common base frame complete with Acoustic enclosure along with following items:- a) Engine: The Engine shall be, Liquid cooled with radiator and fan, Turbo charged, powered by four (4) strokes, shall be electric starting by 12 V DC starter motor system and fitted with Electronic Governor to match with, alternator 30.0 kVA at 0.8 pf (lagging). b) Acoustic enclosure: Acoustic enclosure with Residential Silencer and noise level less than or equal to 75 db at a distance of 1 m from of Acoustic enclosure. Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per CPWD specifications. DG set complete with Acoustic enclosure shall be made of Pre-treated and Powder coated CRCA Sheet with vermin proof. AVM Pads as per engine manufacturer standard shall be provided for DG. c) Alternator: Alternator with rated output of 30.0 kVA at STP suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM developing 415 volts at 0.8 p. f. (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless type, drip proof, screen protected as per IP-23, self excited & self regulated. The alternator must be provided with class-H insulation. d) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start-stop switch with key (ii) Coolant temperature indication (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication (v) Battery charging indication (vi) RPM indication (vii) Over speed indication (viii) Low lubricant Oil trip indication (ix) Engine Hours indication e) The DG set should meet the requirement of CPCB-IV and DG accoustic enclosure shall have inbuilt fuel tank along with fuel oil filter, level indicator. f) Approval Certificate (as per CPCB IV norms) for the specified rating of the Power Generator from any of the designated agency authorized by CPCB, Type test report for Alternator latest to conform the specifications. Company warranty certificate for 1 year on complete DG set shall be provided. g) Inclusive of Transport to Site and Unloading at site.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providng and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. .direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)(DSR 14.16.1)
