Sub Head -V ( Fittings ) Supplying, installation, Testing and commissioning of 45 watt LED streetlight made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass/PC embedded lens and individual high power LEDs , IP65 or IP66 protection with impact resisitance of IK07/IK08 and fixing on truss /wall/ pole with suitable clamps and nut bolts including giving connection testing etc., at site of work as required.

Sub Head -V ( Fittings ) Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required (DSR 2022 item no. 12.34)

Sub Head -V ( Fittings ) Supplying and fixing street light loop in loop out boxes with PVC Box of size 8"x6"x4" with 1 No. 6A SP MCB, 2/4 way strip connector i/c testing as reqd.

Supplying, Installation and fixing on site of hot dip galvanized octagonal pole of length 7metres (sheet thickness 3mm), top dia. 70mm and bottom dia 130mm. Pole should be supplied in one piece. The Pole Should be equipped with 1. Inspection door , it should have a triangle key that forces the door out when opening . 2. Bakelite terminal strip win din bar for MCB and stud terminals (for mounting inside base compartment of the pole). 3. Base plate welded to the lower part of the Pole from outside and inside to serve for fixing the Pole to R.C.C. foundation by means of four bolts, thickness of the plate shall not be less than 16 mm, and its dimensions shall not be less than 240mmx240 mm. 4. 4 nos of anchor bolts with j-shaped made of atleast M20 grade, each bolt provided with washers and 2 nuts and each bolt should be of minimum length of 700mm. 5.Pole should be fitted with Pipe cap type Double arm pole bracket made with suitable cap pipe and 48.3 mm dia, 3.25 mm thick pipe arms and bracket length of 1000 mm. with suitable angle of tilt. the arm shall hold in its position by 4 nos of screws or as required. 6. C curve SPMCB of 6 Amp and 2/4 way strip connector shall be fitted inside the pole compartment . 7. An earthing connection point shall be provided inside the pole near the door opening Foundation: RCC foundation of size 550mmx550mmx1500mm of M20 Grade(1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)) with excavation by Manual or Mechanical means upto depth of 1300 mm and Steel Reinforcement with Cold Twisted Bars (Confirming to releveant Indian Standards amended upto date) should be made for installation of the pole and to ensure that the pole can withstand wind speed as per IS 875 Part III 2015 amended upto date without bending,breaking and failure. All the materials, Galvanization and coating should follow latest Indian or applicable standards amended upto date.

Supplying and fixing of 2m length of GI pipe of 15mm(Medium Class) on the poles to give protective covering to the electrical connection to the street light.

Supply and fixing of 700mmX700mm size metallic frame cover fabricated with 35mm X 35mm X 5mm angle iron welded construction frame structured and 3.0mm thick M.S sheet cover plate with double hinges and locking arrangement including painting and fixing in wall including chasing and plastering complete and finishing as reqd.
