The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value includes the following: 1. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 3% of the reserve price for one group, and 3% of EMD for each additional group. 2. Participation fee: Rs. 5,00,000 (non-refundable) for each group. 3. Security deposit: 15% of the discovered license fee for a group, to be deposited in the following manner: - 3% (EMD) adjusted at the time of submission of tender - 4% within 48 hours of allotment of the group - 5% within 7 days of allotment of the group or by 31st March, 2025, whichever is earlier - 3% by 30th April, 2025 4. Additional security: 10% of the difference between the discovered license fee/bid and the reserve price, if the discovered license fee/bid exceeds the reserve price by 20%. The formulas for the bid capacity are: - EMD = 3% of reserve price (for one group) - EMD = 3% of EMD (for each additional group) - Security deposit = 15% of discovered license fee - Additional security = 10% of (discovered license fee - reserve price), if discovered license fee > 1.2 * reserve price Additionally, the bid price shall be in Indian Rupees, and any conditional bid will be rejected. If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words will prevail. If there is no bid quoted or the bid is less than the reserve price of the group, the bid shall be declared as disqualified.
