Security Money formula: Security Money = 15% of Discovered License Fee 3. Additional Security formula: Additional Security = 10% of (Discovered License Fee - Reserve Price), if the difference is more than 20% of the Reserve Price. Crores Other bid capacity requirements include: - The bid shall contain the names of all the partners in case of a partnership firm and directors or authorized signatory in case of a company. - The tender shall be accompanied by a copy of the partnership deed/registration certificate, as the case may be, duly attested by a Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary. - All pages of the documents submitted by the bidder shall be signed by the authorized signatory and shall also be affixed with the applicant entity’s stamp. - The registered bidder shall also be required to sign, scan, and upload all pages of the tender document, acknowledging the terms and conditions.
